Love the book and the movie is also good even if not by the same level as the book (but what movie does?).

But, did I miss something here? In the begining Char is fighting with a sword and then with a staff and I didn't see the trasition between weapons (I just assume that he took it from a guard when he wans't on screen).

Just curious.

I just can't make myself watch this movie. I love the book so much, Gail Carson Levine took a classic story and put an ingenious twist on it and made it so great and whoever wrote this movie didn't even try to make it like that. Very disappointing. If they wanted to do this story they should have called it something else and changed the names.

awesoe movie, but they changed 99.99% of the book to make the movie more modern, but i saw the movie first, so thats my original ella enchanted, which starts with a fairy bestowing a spell. lol gayest line in the movie.
