@Reset2Day Thank you very much for your comments! My vacation was very good but you know what I actually started missing the diet and started back early! The hiking places were beautiful especially with all the Fall colors. Chris and I will try and make more videos of fun places. My knees definately felt better than the days before i started dieting. Thanks for your support!
