if you get leap as your first skill you can get a second chance on a missed block attempt.

u overdid it, as some of them mentioned, ur creeps will end up at ur enemy tower in the 2nd,3rd wave, resulting in a net loss of exp gold.

but blocking is not entirely for u to get the creeps' gold at ur tower. it position the enemy in a vulnerable position (below the slope), and if u are good, continual blocking of creeps will make ur creep near ur tower every time. just hitting a creep once for the finish matters too.

It's a good block when the creepwaves clash just outside your tower's range, where the tower protects your hero, but does not steal your lasthits, and the enemy hero is uphill.

as a tip it's better to let creeps go after you notice the other side isnt blocking so the creep waves meet on your cliff INSTEAD of next to your tower. This is b/c your lane wont be pushed all the way forward hence requiring time to pull the lane back.

Whats special? You over-blocked your creeps so tower killed the enemy creeps, this resulting in nothing gained. By creepblocking you want to be close to the tower without letting it attack the enemy creeps.
