  • When the U.S. Air A320 Crashed onto the Hudson River the Plane Floated for many hours all passengers survived, When the B737 Crashed into the Potomac River it Sunk & many people died, That's the Difference Between Airbus & Boeing, Airbus saves lives Boeing Kills lives, I think i will stick to AIrbus & Value my life.... I Now Rest my case & proved that AIrbus is always better...

  • @TheFsJunkie Dude, are you fucking kidding me? Air florida was all iced up...It was heavier than MTOW, you cant compare a winter storm to a non winter storm with AFL90 which was under severe conditions. Sure AWE1549 was in a "severe condition" too, but they had:

    1. thousands of feet to navigate through.

    2. Wasn't MTOW

    3. More less dire weather conditions...

    Need I say more?

  • @wowdude999 There were more than 1 Boeing Aircraft that crashed in the water with different circumstances & they still all sank more people died, Need i say More......?, Air France A340-300 Crashed at Torronto intl In severe Thunderstorm weather conditions, All Passengers survived Once again AIrbus saves lives, Need i say Once More?.....

  • @TheFsJunkie That was a runway incursion....It didnt fall from the sky...You need to use better examples...The plane ran off the runway...I cant remember if it was landing or aborted takeoff but its pretty different than smacking into ice cold water, or cold water from the hudson.

I want you to know...Air france flight 447 was pilot error. Since airbus lets computers fly their airplane, Pilots are trained to recover from a high speed stall. AF447 crashed from a high speed stall...Just saying,,

  • To tell yall the truth......i would trust the 747 before an a 380 why?.....because i would have to worry less about wings snapping when i land lol

  • @willtate2011 As a retired pilot, I couldn't agree with you more! Airbus is continuing its learning curve with the A380 both in production and in operation. Personally, I don't like the idea of having to rely upon a PC to determine faults inflight. There's a serious problem of relying on too much technology. Just look at the modern car. For reliability, safety and ease of service, a reasonable balance must be reached. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

  • I would rather fly on the Scarebus than flying on the Boeing that ain't going nowhere.....

    Airbus 4 Life.....

  • THE BEST EVER. 747 AS USUAL

  • The old queen is back!

  • @JeremyZao The A380 is now the KING of the Skies......

  • 7:25 is where the it starts...

  • @WITCG1 watch out for Boeing Yellowstone Project 3. Something bigger than the A380

  • Is it only me, or from 31:13 and on, best non-playback performers/band EVER?!

    Great performance guys...

  • The 747 is far and away better than the A380 for one simple reason. The A380 is so large it is limited to the worlds largest airports while the 747 has more available to it. Also, the 747 WORKS. It proved itself many times, so why change it other than to keep it competitive.

  • @AviationMaster96 There boh the same, you can't say it's not a good plane because it's big.

  • @OpzzaPhotography Nuttin' But Stringz-Winners

  • nice but out of date

  • I was there :)

  • @pirochip cool

  • Still pushing the failure of the 1970's when they cancelled "The SST Project" for "THE B747 PROJECT" allowing "Aerospatiale Concorde" to FLY SUPREME AS THE ONLY SUPERSONIC COMMERCIAL AIRLINER EVER PRODUCED!

THE "CONCORDE" WITHOUT A DOUBT KING / QUEEN OF THE SKY!

The B747-8 is only a continuation of a dated technology that has been surpassed and left behind by the Airbus A380-8/9

  • @TWTR4EVER .."Aerospatiale Concorde FLY SUPREME AS THE ONLY SUPERSONIC COMMERCIAL AIRLINER EVER PRODUCED! THE "CONCORDE" WITHOUT A DOUBT KING / QUEEN OF THE SKY!"?

The Concorde is history, Mr 4EVER. So your contention that it's 'king of the sky' is absurd.

"B747-8 is a continuation of dated technology surpassed by the Airbus A380-8/9"

Actually B747-8i is more advanced, technically, than anything Airbus produces. Clearly, you're no sort of expert on commercial aviation technology

  • Comment removed

  • @gangster3591 First, go change your diapers! Second, before making a fool of yourself document yourself!

Aerospatiale Concorde was & still the only SUPERSONIC COMMERCIAL CARRIER EVER IN SERVICE, Boeing when it cancelled the SST project forever will be second fiddle in the industry!

    The Boeing 747 still UPDATED 1960's technology & A380 & A350 more advanced than B747 & B787!

    Go get your GED!

  • I would like to see Boeing try to beat the A380

  • @WITCG1 That will never happen as Airbus is always a step ahead of Boeing, Yes this is a nice plane, But the A380 is far much better than ever, GO Airbus the KING of the Skies.

  • @TheFsJunkie uh, no. the A380 is more like the Pig of the Sky. There's way more history to Boeing than Airbus.

  • @dookiekong007 FUCK OFF RETARD, Your Just Jealous that the A380 is the best out there in commercial aviation & Boeing will never come close how great the A380 is today. Airbus has been around for a long time too if u remember the A300, Please don't talk shit on here, Airbus is now just simply the best out there...

  • @TheFsJunkie wow, exactly what I had expected to come from you, just another English pig. Plus I was talking about Boeing's history, not some crappy A**300.

  • @dookiekong007 I would Rather be an English Pig than an Narrow Minded American Asshole who can't accept that Airbus is ruling over Boeing, I would support the French over the American any day because i am proud to be European, You Americans are so Dumbasses ur so confined in yourselves so sad but very true, Can't even think outside the usa what a joke, Stop being so jealous & accept that AIrbus is the best right now.

By the way read other peoples comments Boeing are sore losers.

  • @TheFsJunkie haha, I'm not even an American. You're so narrow minded to think like that. Yeah sure, Airbus is so taking over, if they actually thought the A380 was their original idea. You got nothing to prove. Take a look at their sales and then tell me.

  • @dookiekong007 No i have an open mind as i do like Boeing too but just prefer Airbus overall, I think you should go take a look at airbuses website they have a shit load of orders for all their aircraft........

  • @TheFsJunkie So have you found out whose sales was larger?

  • @dookiekong007 Yes Airbus of Course.....

  • @TheFsJunkie best joke of the day.

  • @dookiekong007 Which Joke are you Referring too?....

  • @TheFsJunkie Dear Sir, I find your comments interesting. As a former MD-11 captain with an international airline, I completely disagree with you. Airbus equipment has differences in flight controls that many veterans find unsettling. Also. Airbus suffers from a serious problem with planned obsolence in that critical black boxes age, and without them, the airframe becomes permanently parked. Douglas planes are traditionally built to last. I've flown an Airbus and I'd choose Boeing anyday!

  • @alexfromnb Well SIr i am a flightsimmer, Airbus has been the best to respond in flying, What would u really know about Airbus U been flying old skool planes like the MD-11's which i do like, U don't have much experience in flying todays modern AIrbus Aircraft, Boeing Lacks all the New Technology it needs today its called moving on....but then again Boeing cant adapt to new Technology there to scared, now there going back to the B777,B747, as the B787 is a failed project.Airbus4Eva.

  • @TheFsJunkie I won both our debates, shall we debate again?

  • @TheFsJunkie You fly planes through a video games, theirs a major difference than the real thing, little one.

  • @WITCG1 It already did.

  • Anybody knows the song?

  • @Rexang1 It is part of the Inflight entertainment. ;)

  • Sorry for me the A380 keeps on being the best!!

  • ANA 787 DELIVERY CEREMONY (FULL VERSION)

    /watch?v=BFscb7lbKnk

  • I really think that very soon more orders for the 747-8I will come from many airlines mostly from Asia like Jal, Thai, Ana and many more who don`t have the need for a plane like the A380 but is looking for a replacement for their 747-400 fleet and what could be better than the 747-8I. A A380 is the fat cousin that slept with another fat cousin and the result is their retarded fat useless mistake aka A380.

  • A 747-400 and a 787 slept together, and the 747-8 is their lovechild

  • @freddy813 that's a big child. lol

  • It was a great show and it is the Queen of the skys and i also enjoy this video

  • It was a great show and it is the Queen of the skys

  • Fuck this presentation is cheesy, executive staff gay, no wonder Boeing's losing ground to Airbus!.. Plane's awesome but ....planes don't sell themselves.

  • was there this much bullshit in the 1969 unveiling of the 747? Just shut up and show the damn plane!

  • Nothing new to watch here... been seeing this airplane for over 40 years now. Add a couple of things and good to go?

Well, you nailed it, boeing... 40 years ago. They should come up with something actually NEW, like the dreamli... oh wait, it's coming, you wait and see, maybe 3 more years.

Milestone? Yeah, again, 40 years ago... this is the same 747, same work, same design, new engines...

747 WAS a milestone, so was the Concorde... so IS the A380, whether Boeing lovers like it or not

  • @juanjillocr The 787 dreamliner is already out. ANA already recieved their first plane so I don't know what you're talking about saying another 3 years :/ And the 747-8 may look like the older 747, but it's a new plane. It's made of new materials, has new 787 style flex wings, new engines, new avionics, new modern interior, is longer, etc... Just because it looks very similar in design at first glance doesn't mean it has anything in common with the older 747s.

  • @juanjillocr Well said Boeing can't go past the B747 Project so sad & true 40 years later still building the B747 because they can't build anything better than the A380. The B787 Delayliner is a total failure and a total lemon...

  • @TheFsJunkie let me ask you, is the A380 doing anything good right now?

  • It is almost a double decker.

  • I think the new Livery is great! I love the shadowing detail at the front, and the colors. A welcome change from the blue. Boeing bet the company on the 747 decades ago and it paid off. Why not continue to improve on the most iconic jumbo-jet model? A380, and Airbus have a long way to go to prove themselves. Nevertheless, I'm excited to fly on both planes. What a sense of pride Joe Sutter and the workers must be feeling here. Truly beautiful.

  • The name of the group that was playing was "Nuttin but Strings" and the name of the song that they were performing just before the unveiling was their original song "Winner". They also performed this song in America's Got Talent when they reach the Top 10 round of the competition.

  • @OpzzaPhotography _Crescendo - Are You Out There (Original Mix)??? dunno lol!!!

  • @OpzzaPhotography Mr Brandon it's Vivaldi with 'Storm' i think?

  • Boeing has pushed back and pushed back and pushed back the launch date of its new Dreamliner. The best Boeing could come up with was a bigger 747 then before...... wow innovative. At least Airbus came up with something new and actually delivered it. Air Canada has been waiting on the new Dreamliners to get delivered for years now. its years behind schedule and because of Boeings sh!@ we are forced to continue running aircraft which should have been taken out of service 2 years ago.

  • @canadiannorton Well, for somebody who works in the airline industry, you sure have poor understanding about airplanes. Strictly speaking, the 380 is not a new plane. It still uses conventional materials. It is basically just a big 340. That's not the case with the 87. It is completely new from the ground up and they are using materials in way that has never been done before. Your comparing apples and oranges. The only thing the 787 and 380 have in common is that they both fly.

  • Why did Lufthansa order both the A380 AND the 747-8!?

  • @FLT111 They ordered both, because they need airplanes of different capacities. The company philosophy is to have a mixed fleet of airbus and boeing. ...Lufthansa is not the worlds best airline (only the best transatlantic airline 2011), BUT we germans are f***ing ON TIME!!! :-)

  • @FLT111 Well they ordered the 747 just to be safe ;)

  • beautifer than a380

  • @18.50

Does that mean I can bring my meerkats and darts on board ????

  • the future is here

  • @hmasurg, @alluminyo, I could'nt agree more, the new 747-8 is magnificent!

  • Wow thanks for posting this.

  • Much Cooler than the A380. It doesn't look nearly as blocky, and much more streamlined. Very Well Done.

  • fuck you airbus a380

you are the black seep of the aircraft industry with a fail whin 2 years of apering

  • @namenone133 LOL ... i'm sure you are a sad american :D A380 is the best! " the biggest the best better than the rest" ;) I like A380, but i would never say eff you Boeing

  • fuck you airbus a380

  • I wish Concorde had same great career

  • I'm european and a big fan of what airbus did with the a380 BUT i like the way the 747-8 looks and i think it will get more orders going forward as boeing can deliver them quicker

  • That's one sexy looking airplane!!

  • Boeing 747-8 intercontinental..... Based on incredible legacy! it is very emotional moment when their roll the launch videos.. seeing B747 evolve from humble beginning to the premier icon of the "superjumbo" aircraft.... waay the go Boeing!

  • What is the music that is played in the time 0:00 to 1:00?

  • Does anyone has video about 747 history presented from 7:40 to cca 10:30?

  • The Boeing planes are sooooooooooooo sexy, they look so virile! I love Boeing!

  • Steve Raible and Steve Jobs best!

  • looks much nicer then the a380

  • @minman1111 I agree. There is something so 'old school' yet fresh about Boeing jets that Airbus will never have. No disrespect to the company but their name Airbus says it all...... Buses with wings. Honestly, the A380 has forty years ahead of it to prove it's an icon. And honestly, it'll never look as awesome.

  • @Servodude1 Because Boeing is old school.. they have roots stemming from the advent of commercial air travel. That's not the case of "Airbus" (although to some extent it is the case for the corp.'s that were combined to form it).

  • 18.10 she's right

  • beautiful craft

  • Wow, As a pilot for 36 years, flying Deltas 747 and L-1011, Cant believe how much time has flown and how much aviation has change. Absolutely a beautiful Boeing 747.

  • i am now a trainee at Malaysian Airlines for 747-400...all i can say, other than worked with 777 or A330 and 737, i would say, 747 is the best and most fun to worked with...if one day i couldn't work with it, i feel something is missing...

    i <3 747 :)

  • Fantastic! always better .. other than that the retarded cousin of the 380!

  • thank you so much for this video. and you're the fisrt one uploading FULL launch show. GREAT.

  • Cool i like 747 and 737

  • How did u get this i have been looking for this since the launch

  • no doubt the queen of the skies thanks for uploading can't wait to see this bird flying off the skies

  • The most beautiful and graceful aircraft ever created. Is and always will be, the Queen of the Skies. No bloated whale is gonna take that away. LONG LIVE BOEING!

  • THANK YOU ALL!!!! PLS SUBSCRIBE............

  • LOVE BOEING RED !!!! :D

  • Thanks for uploading....but no vuvuzelas...She is beautiful but sadly for me she looks incomplete with her hump when we have the A380.800 in the air.

  • i wated it live :)

  • @alex25isrory great...me too...

  • The 747-8 is without a doubt the most photogenic airliner.. the sleekness of the 787 coupled with traditional and majestic look of the 747... Hoping to see more orders for this aircraft!!

  • @hmasurg i totally agree with you...

  • @alluminyo And i totally agree with you agreeing with him :)

  • @hmasurg this is why it doesn't stand out like the A380. it is just a stretched version of the 747-400 nothing more. It's a bit boring. Looks like ive seen this plane before...

  • @joshun28 That's because you have. There's not much new about it, just a wing redesign, a stretch and a few spikes that make the engines look a bit cute, but nothing innovative. Airbus made it. They've gone one step further with the A380 and they will do the same again with the A350XWB. I love both Airbus and Boeing, but I must say that Americans have always being way too proud of themselves and they never accept that there's other people in the world that can do better than them.

  • @LadyWhiteLilly i agree

  • @LadyWhiteLilly Why do you have an inferiority complex when it comes to stacking up against the US? The company has a way more illustrious history than airbus. Also, it takes airbus a consortium of a myriad of european countries to do what Boeing and USA have done all by itself. European airlines feel compelled to purchase airbus jets because how would it look if Swiss Air or Lufthansa had more Boeing aircraft. Nothing airbus has can compare with the 777-300ER either!!!!!

  • @jimdep333 It's not inferiority complex Oo. What the hell... Who do you think you are to say such thing?. What I want to say is that it seems that everything that comes from americans ALWAYS has to be the best damn thing ever, and you don't want to cope with the fact that several other countries can make things much better than what you may have ever done. If you cannot deal with that, then it is obviously because of how narrow-minded you are. Learn from the competence, too.

  • @LadyWhiteLilly Yes, you do have an inferiority complex. I witness it all the time on the internet from peoples such as you. Just your statement "What I want to say is that it seems that everything that comes from americans ALWAYS has to be the best damn thing ever". It's just too bad for you isn't it?? The USA's confidence is well justified. We just need to get the socialist that we have for president out of office next year. Maybe he can come live with you. You europeans worship him!

  • @LadyWhiteLilly Well Done i Totally Agree with you there :)

  • what editor do u use?

  • @ADAM6145 i use screenium to record the video and iMovie in editing..

  • @alluminyo another great piece my friend cant wait to see this beautiful bird at jfk soon.boeing should spend more time getting the 787 to all nippon..its been way to long. this baby can rotate with a million lbs.. i dont know if the a 380 can do that...seen emerits and air france at jfk there very wide but wasnt as large as i expected...and we all know about those wonderful rr engines talk soon nyc

  • @neweast1 thanks!

  • Awesome...thank you!!!

  • @amatore55 thank you! for watching my AWESOME VID! LOLZ

  • @alluminyo Hope we get to see one in Montreal real soon! Thanks again!

  • @amatore55 great...me too...no problem..:)

  • The best video of the new boeing 747-8i unveiling.

    Thank you.

  • @fadmanzano Thank you!
