@mornnb This video looks like it was taken on the weekend. Downtown is way busy during the week. And this is LA no walks in LA, but the city is starting to change that with the new additions to the subway, and the effort in bring back the LA street car to the DT area.

Hi, sorry for my wrong english i'm from Belgium (Europe) and i speak only french. I was in L.A. in july 1982 and i remember a lot of street from this beautifull country. In this video i see also the hotel were i was, this was the rainbow hotel, south hope street at the right side from the L.A. library, but i think the building was destroy for made a new. Thanks for the pictures, i was return on 1982.
