Look at the flooding in the midwest. Homeland security (which was created by bush and his neo-cons) were asking for volunteers to help find stranded victims, because the national guard is mostly over seas (Iraq) and cannot help. This is taxation without representation. I am not going to be a Nazi tool dedicated to the statuesque while my country falls apart around me.
I agree that our National Guard needs to be home and not in Iraq. However, this is not "taxation without representation." That's a completely different thing altogether.
