Correct me if I'm wrong. The main difference between chairflare and chairtrack is the height of the the hip. Chairflare has the person folded into a V as with a regular flare where the hip is the lowest point, while chairtrack is like a stabbed airflare with the hips and legs ABOVE the head. Also the legs of a person doing chairtracks rotate with the hip as the center and the person's upper torso revolving around, while chairflares have the user facing a constant direction like a regular flare.

Alot of people say it's a chairflare, but it's completely different. IMO, it's a variation of Critical(which uses 2 hands), except Born is doing it one arm at a time. It's like when Bruce Lee uses 2 hands at the same time for his airflare, instead of one at a time.

@bboymiau Chairflare is completely different from chairtrack. Chairflare is the stabbed Flare, as you can see from the first clip in this video, which is a chairFLARE.

Chairtrack is what The End did in that video. And, seriously, if you can't tell the difference between what The End and Hong10 did, you should seriously learn more about bboying before trying to argue about moves.

@disaznboii19148 im bboying from 99- 2000 i don't think u even knew how to read back then, koreans call chairflare- chartrack and airflare- airtrack in case u dodn't know and that CHAIRFLARE IS THE SAME AS CHAIRTRACK and they have different variations... because not all are powerfull and flexible enough to do it corectly

@ESSICXHUNTER chairflare requires more flexibility in the shoulder as the elbow is planted on the hip or even behind the hip closer to the back ribs. (Like a deep airchair) Regular flares or Thomas flares the arms are straight, hips never touch your elbow and at your sides with the body facing forward. The only time you may use your elbow in a regular flare is if your are doing a transition such as windmill to flare and your elbow is planted in your stomach before going into the flare.
