Art Themen with 3bpm

In case anyone hasn’t recognise it, Art Themen is here playing the beautiful jazz standard Spring Can Really Hang You Up The Most, written in 1955 by Tommy Wolf (music) and Fran Landesman (words) and most famously recorded by Ella Fitzgerald in 1961 (with later covers by Bette Midler and Barbara Streisand).

First heard him c1962 at the Rex ballroom in Cambridge and have loved him ever since. Did a good job on my sister's hand some 25 years later. Still wonderful.

Great to see him again. He did arthroscopies on both my knees when I lived in Reading (1990s)! Did it hurt? Well I had a "Kind of Bruise" .....
