The website is one of the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of using. Awful. Poorly designed and does not work more often that it does. The green bill is even worse. PEPCO needs to start sending bills to BOA again so its customers can interact as little as possible with this incompetent and poorly run company.
PEPCO just manages the way to manage you waist your time sending you to different places within the site and do NOTHING, CERO,
A service company is supposed to be agile, help you to pay not to keep you on the phone 30 minutes to tell you that somebody will call you in 3.5 hours .Customer service ????? Same treatment. Push this say that didn't recognize what you said, that is not an option, Sorry we have higher volume today. Do we need to invest hours to pay ???
