Thanks Titli, but I'm sure after I make the dish I'll cook it all the time as it looks so wonderful. Just wishful thinking. Thanks for all your videos. You make cooking look easy.
They do, but it's just with there being a lot of different things in this dish I was hoping I could buy even smaller amounts from somewhere else. Thanks anyway. I'll give it a try.
I don't cook a lot so I was hoping you could recommend somewhere that I can buy small amounts of herbs and spices rather than the large amounts that you get in supermarkets. Thanks in advance.
Hi there! i just subbed, can you show me how to make mustard as in asa sauce for halal sausage. i've been looking for recipes on how to make them but they require alcohol. can you show me how to make them from the seeds? its ok if you cannot tho. thank you. =))
I've recently married and we have a new house, it's the first time I'm really trying to cook and I find your recipes VERY helpful. I'm trying to buy the most basic stuff for my kitchen and I wondered if you could put a list on your website over the spices and herbs that are "must haves" in any kitchen (well at least the ones you deem to be must haves).
I'm wondering, are the green chilies you use very hot or rather mild? Cause in Germany I can pretty much only get one variety of fresh chili and if I used them like that with seeds and all I'm pretty sure I could not eat the result. So I'm trying to figure out if I should substitute them with bell peppers, or just go for less of the hot chilies.
Titly!!! I love the food it looks so good and one day maybe you could adopt me! Until then can you possibly gather a list of essential herb/spices and seeds that i or anyone else might need. I dont have alot of this stuff on hand and id like to just go and buy it all in one shot. =D
hi titli.i know it's a bit off topic, but do you have a way to preserve chilli's?a have a bunch of chill's I'm waiting for to be ripe, and i think a have a bit of a problem on the toilet the next morning if a eat them all well they are still fresh.
@TitliNihaan thank you titli!,i found it.but i think i need to do some math on the quantity's ,because i got allot less chilli's.but they are supposed to be allot hotter then green chili's.
Titli, you should come and live in Pakistan for a while. Your Urdu will improve a lot! I am Aussie but i have lived here for years now! My Urdu is pretty damn good if i do say so myself! :)

@percboy93 If you can buy mustard powder you can mix it with vinegar into a thick paste. For extra fun toast some mustard seeds and mix them in too!
TitliNihaan 5 months ago
@TitliNihaan thank you! hope to find some too. i dont really know how mustard taste like, but a friend of mine told me that its a bit acidic.

@AnnoyedKitten I tend to use chillis that are "quite hot". You could add a small bell pepper instead, or leave the chillis out entirely.
