Hey, I don't understand the problem.... front running is nothing new and it is highly illegal, but it is also very easy to control because every system documents automatically the executed orders. Here in Germany for example the documentation is immediatly transferred to regulating authorities where the structure of these orders are checked on a sample basis regularly for front running and insider trading....
