Notice that statement is in the present tense and if we read Matthew 24 we will find that it is made within a chapter that uses a lot of future tense.

You'd have to be a complete fucktard to fall for that.
M A Y 21, 2011=JUDGMENT DAY/RAPTURE,100% FROM KING JAMES BIBLE! GO H U M B L Y TO GOD;HE RESISTS PRIDE! FREE DOWNLOAD PROOFS from WE ARE ALMOST THERE: family radio dot com EXACTLY 7000 YEARS FROM FLOOD OF NOAH; NO 2ND CHANCES. ”GOT SALVATION?” church age ended 1988;satan now rules ALL churches of world; GOD ONLY SAVING OUTSIDE OF CHURCHES! 1 Peter 4:17, 2 Thessalonians 2, and more in TRUE GOSPEL= THE KING JAMES BIBLE. !!!! MAY 21 2011 no more salvation EVER!! We know *IF*God lets us know.
I don't believe that it will happen on the 21st either, because man is telling us so. It's good that Camping are making people think about our situation as if Judgement day could be upon us, but after May 21st, alot of people will lose faith because certain churches (not all) are claiming that this will happen and it doesn't happen. People will think well since they were wrong about that, they could be wrong about other stuff. I think it's dangerous for churches to do that. Peace brother
Did anyone see a picture of the controversial billboard that was recently put up near Family Radio's headquarters that directly challenges them about May 21? Search for 0Y14YxNhj40 in YouTube to see a video about it.
Thanks for this video because every time i hear this or see an Ad i get really scared. I'm 13 soon to be 14 but Ive been raised in church so i talk to my grandmother about it so i'm really relieved and i really want to change my ways but it seems so hard...anyways thank you very much.(any advice is much appreciated please message me if you do) god less
Judgment Day is definitely coming on May 21st... No one will know the day or the hour DURING THE CHURCH AGE, that's the key to understanding the verse you've based your argument on. Unfortunately the "Church Age" ended back in 1988 and you are now living in the last 10 days of the "great tribulation". In just 10 days you are either going to be removed from this Earth and protected or you are going to die... It's just that simple, and there is no way to avoid it... Have a nice day.
Correction: There is a way to avoid it, but you've only got 9 days left to call out to Christ for salvation, after that the door will be closed and you WILL DIE... probably of sheer fright. I mean really... did you think the world was just going to go on and on with each generation more evil than the one that came before? How can the human race get any more evil than it is right now? It's time for the showdown, and you are gonna see it... Call out NOW.
If Jesus is the son of God, God in the flesh when he travelled here, they are one in the same entity, which would mean "both" of them know when they will return. It's like george constanza referring to himself in the first person narrative. Think of Jesus as the Beaver hand puppet that Mel Gibson used in his latest film. ( without Jodie Foster directing )
at family radio's website. It does talk about the meaning of " no mans knows the hour" on the left side
also in his 1994 book it did mentioned the year 2011 several times. The 1994 titled has a question mark on the cover, feel free to google it or check out the book.
Of course it's not going to happen. The bible has a much relevency and accuracy when it comes to predicting the future as it has been when trying to explain the past.
I.E. Zero!!
Using the bible to predict anything is about as good as using wet string and seaweed to predict global climate change.
i like where your coming formmthis and yes i woudl rather trust what the bible says and btw i know some ppl have said that its crazy how 2 christians could be "arguing" about this but it really isnt it seemd to me like your stating your disaggreements in a civilized and respectful manner & i appreciate that u rnt bringing down someone just bcus they have a different belief than you
watching christians argue one another about what their religion says is kind of like watching two people argue over the colour of the invisible unicorn......
its just sad. belief in a 2000 year old myth.....*facepalm*
Starting to feel bad for the religious folk who post their content in a public square like youtube. I mean the nasty comments do come with the territory, and the world can be harsh...still I would have to be a cold-blooded monster not to have some sort of sympathy amidst it all.
I'm also wondering how much money was spent on this campaign and just how big it is... I first heard about it online, but actually saw a billboard of it in my city yesterday... (I'm in Canada), so are there billboards worldwide? Who is paying for them???
You guys have been saying this for 2000 years and it's all bull crap. I wish I could live to see the day when religion just dies out as another thousand years goes by and still nothing happens. Technology gets so far advanced and all the secrets of the universe are revealed that anybody still hoping to see a god will be laughed at or put in thearapy.
@baxtar1963 Amen to that! (sorry). Unfortunately, even with absolute proof, some people will continue to believe.
Recently in Waco, Texas, some parents took their children out of a science lecture because the lecturer dared to suggest that, contrary to genesis, the moon was not a source of light in the sky, but merely reflected the light of the sun.
You cannot reason with minds like that. They should change the name to "Wacko"
Why does judgement day even matter ? You can be a 'good christian' without giving a moment's thought to it. If judgement day comes during your life and you've been a 'good christian', then you're ready. If judgement day does not come during your life and you've been a 'good christian'. then you haven't lost anything either. So forget about it!
I understand what your saying but here is the problem with it as I see it. Your praising him for raising the issue but he is speaking as a prohpet. He is not promoting any kind of love or compassion but rather a fear based idea that when it doesn't come to pass its going to destroy lives and ruin people. There are thousands who he has convinced to give all their money to him and/or sell all there stuff to go out and cont....
@Shirotora1979 preach that the lord is returning now. When its doesn't happen not only will many lose there faith but they have now lost the means to live a life. The ends don't justify the menas but the ends of this and the means are both horrible and do destroy lives.
@Shirotora1979 I don't want to sound uncaring, however, if the experience makes them question ANYONE speaking from a position of authority on subjects no man can know (I include all clergy here), it may be one of the best thing to happen to them.
Why would anyone follow a religion that promotes slavery? Especially when(as stated in one of the bible quotes in this vid) God or Jesus considers us his/her/its slaves. So we get to choose between eternal servitude in heaven or eternal torchure in hell. HMMMM not much difference there because slavery can include torchure depending on who's master and from the bibles take on God I wouldn't want to even work for him at high pay.Doesn't matter anyways cause it isn't going to happen.
your waiting for a man named Jesus to come back some day,but don't know when,is like saying there is a million dollars thats out there, but you have to wait for it to come to your door...like the joke:
How do you keep a moron in suspense?
Tell you later!
ALL NONSENSE!!!...happy waiting for your zombie to come back ...lol
The fool may say in his heart; "there is no god:" but it is the imbeciles who keep yammering on about nonsense!
It is so sad to see an intelligent human waste his life believing in a bronze age myth while ignoring the wonder, excitement, and challenges of the reality that is all around you.
Why carry on with your folly?
You get just a few score years here and then it ends.
No one has ever risen from the dead, no one has spoken to us from a made-up realm outside of the natural world.
Do people actually believe this? I guess there will always be con men, and there will always be suckers... If I had less moral character.. I'd start selling stocks to everyone at that church... my guess is they'd buy just about anything... especially if it is from a ''good'' christian. It's really sad how people's minds turn to putty when you toss in a few religious words and a holy scripture.. and then say whatever you'd like.. as long as it sounds religious and is what they want to hear
I have a challenge for those who believe the world will end on May 21st: Sign a contract giving me all your worldly possessions as of May 22nd. If you really believe what you say, then you will be willing to do so. If not, then you won't. So far I haven't had any takers.
@Naiant I'll sign your contract.. cause Jesus is gonna show up riding a Great White Stallion!!!! And the Stallion will have four heads signifying the 4 houses of Judah, and out of those heads will flow milk and honey. Great waves of trumpets will sound as he rides down Park Ave. in Memphis Tennessee, because that is where he will land... his horse hooves will sound like thunder.. so that you can hear him over the train going by. Yes my friend I will take you're bet!!!! Jesus Rocks!!!
If Jesus does not know something he cannot be a equal member of the trinity or a god. Jesus prove that he is not omniscient in Mark 13;32, Your faith is vain.
233yvan
Stay alert! This way your slave masters will control you all the time!
If Jesus does not know something he cannot be a equal member of the trinity or a god. Jesus prove that he is not omniscient in Mark 13;32, Your faith is vain.
@233yvan That's what you said. My faith isn't in vain. I am fine with Jesus not knowing the date and still being an essential part of the trinity. Trinity doesn't mean Jesus is the very same being as God, he's the son of God. The mediator between God and us. It clearly adds up for me.
@233yvan in defense of jesus, he never once said that he was or is God, or that he was equal to God, only a bunch of moron christians believe that lol and you cant reason with them
@233yvan Jesus was not a lunatic thank you very much, He did not say i am God, He came in the name of God ,so the quote "I and the father are one" means that Him and the father has the same purpose not litterally one, only thing jesus said was i am the son of God so its unfair for you to say that He's a lunatic
And the spirit (which is your god, as he is a spirit) became flesh and dwelt among you----->>e.g jesus was god in the flesh...........but hold on the spirit has no flesh and bones...so jesus isnt a god or even the son of a god
Just a fictional character..time to wake up, stop deluding yourself with excuses
@devante11 why do you say such mean things man, i just think its sad to think that this life is all we have, i'm just scared man, i'm agnostic and i'm not sure if there is a God who love us, but i want to remain faithful to the possibility of there being a God, havent you ever hope for more?
No one knows the origins of the universe...man has been making gods for years to explain things
What we do know is their was a explosion in the universe, thus IF we come from this explosion, then whatever did this would be WITHIN time and and space and bound by it
This life is infact is all we have and all we have to go on......reality unfortunately is the rawests of truths
Hope is something made by man, a belief is also made by man---->both have no evidence to support their claims
Hence, I could say to you believe I can survive without food or water....of course I would give you no evidence to support what I have told you....thus why hope I can.....I give you the same evidence you have.....nothing
Hope, faith, belief...are all made by men in their wishful minds...as they run from reality as it is so true
Mean people of the world ..just cant wait for this world to end......Thus why do we try and improve our lives in this world...if its coming to a end. Why do researchers, doctors, surgeons and the like go to painstaking efforts to help mankind......why carry on trying to improve life for furture generations.
If we took the attitude of these mad people..life would really have died out due to stupidity ...of not progressing
@zipitup75 Here you are changing the story,( I and the father are one) If it meant that they had the same purpose he would said so, not for you to guest what he meant. also where does it say that he did not mean it litterally?
@233yvan you're correct, i dont know if He meant it litterally or not so i retract my statement, but i believe Jesus was sincere in what He believed in and what He taught, i cant ever believe that He was a lunatic, i really dont agree with alot of what the bible preaches, but i still respect Jesus
@zipitup75 You must realize that it is not what you believe that count but what you know for a fact. Here in John 10;30 Jesus says that he is one with God but in mark 13;32 Jesus does not know something, How can Jesus be one with God when he admits he does not know all? What else does he not know? How does he know that God knows? Where does it says that God told him that?
@zipitup75 perfect, you make your own christianity just because you don't like what it teaches so you make it up...then again so did the founders of the religion.
@zipitup75 Here is why Jesus was a lunatic. Luke 19;27 Jesus say for those enemies of mine bring them here and kill them in front of me... so if you still respect Jesus after reading this then it take one to know one.
@233yvan i dont know what to say, i've read that before and i ignored it and rationalized it to mean something else, i'm extremely depressed and live in fear everyday thats why i'm trying to cling to my beliefs and Jesus i dont know what else to do it's really hard reading all these things in the bible, i even stopped going to church and doing my studies.
@233yvan You are speaking not of the words of Jesus but the words of a king, unnamed, in a parable that Jesus taught with. It begins in Luke 19:12. If you wish to take certain words out of context then you can make the Bible say almost anything you wish it to say. That is one of the reasons that the most twisted and misleading false prophets still use the KJV since those words are cryptic to many and so easy to twist.
Typical moronic theist. Even though they know they're wrong, they just carry on regardless. These stupid 'prophecies' and the 'preparations' these gullible apocalyptard idiots make even though they don't believe it make all theists look just as dumb and deluded as they really are.
@astrophonix why does it always have to involve insults? what did this man do to you? every man on earth believes something even you. why we have to turn on each other for our differences I will never know.
@br0kendreemz The insults are well deserved as these ridiculous claims that the world will end cause severe stress in some people. Kids ask their parents "are we all going to die?" there is often a small increase in suicide rates at the time of the 'prophecy' so these lies also cost people's lives. When these beliefs are ridiculed and the scum who make them are publicly humiliated then people will hopefully learn to ignore these doom-mongers and treat them with the contempt they have earned.
@astrophonix wow dude. you just dont get it. people under stress or suicidal people need to seek help. parents need to simply answer the question like the millions of other questions kids ask.
ridicule and humiliation dont fix anything. they only lower you.
reason with them or remove yourself from the situation...that's what works.
@br0kendreemz No, I will always ridicule and humiliate these liars, others can try reasoning with them, but I know these deluded idiots are impervious to all known facts and are putting out these bullshit ideas for their own amusement and profit, playing on people's fears in a cynical way to exploit them. These lies kill people, but you don't give a shit about that, you only care about trivial crap like making someone look stupid in public, as if embarrassment is worse than death.
The 1980's: Countdown to Armageddon was published in 1981. You were 9 years old about. I hope you haven't been holding your breath because you'd be awfully blue.
One wonders how Mr. Camping & his followers will react when they're still here on 5/22. If past is prologue, they will find a way to resolve the cognitive dissonance caused by the prophetic failure without giving up their faith. See Prof. Lorne Dawson's "When Prophecy Fails and Faith Persists: A Theorectical Overview" for an excellent discussion of this.
BTW, your thoughts on the following: the Christian god is omniscient; Jesus is not omniscient (Mark 13:32); therefore Jesus is not God.
@MpowerdAPE Mr camping is a false prophet. he is only making christians look bad to non believers. but it just a test for us to try harder than before, reaching the lost.
@GrandmaKittyWalkers the fact is... evangelicals are reaching fewer and fewer people everyday. and it is because of "CON MEN" like camping, who get a free pass from other fundamentalists.
campings net worth has risen 10's of millions of dollars in the last few years. its an obvious SCAM and yet he can always rely on being treated as a "christian" instead of a scumbag by people such as yourself.

SpockOfRock 9 months ago
@SpockOfRock

You guys have been saying this for 2000 years and it's all bull crap. I wish I could live to see the day when religion just dies out as another thousand years goes by and still nothing happens. baxtar1963 9 months ago

233yvan 9 months ago
@233yvan Jesus was not a lunatic thank you very much, He did not say i am God, He came in the name of God ,so the quote "I and the father are one" means that Him and the father has the same purpose not litterally one, only thing jesus said was i am the son of God so its unfair for you to say that He's a lunatic

"only thing jesus said was i am the son of God"
And the spirit (which is your god, as he is a spirit) became flesh and dwelt among you----->>e.g jesus was god in the flesh...........but hold on the spirit has no flesh and bones...so jesus isnt a god or even the son of a god
Just a fictional character..time to wake up, stop deluding yourself with excuses

@devante11 why do you say such mean things man, i just think its sad to think that this life is all we have, i'm just scared man, i'm agnostic and i'm not sure if there is a God who love us, but i want to remain faithful to the possibility of there being a God, havent you ever hope for more?
zipitup75 9 months ago
@zipitup75
No one knows the origins of the universe...man has been making gods for years to explain things
What we do know is their was a explosion in the universe, thus IF we come from this explosion, then whatever did this would be WITHIN time and and space and bound by it
This life is infact is all we have and all we have to go on......reality unfortunately is the rawests of truths
devante11 9 months ago
@zipitup75
I say mean things..what tell you the truth
devante11 9 months ago
@zipitup75
Mean people of the world ..just cant wait for this world to end......Thus why do we try and improve our lives in this world...if its coming to a end. Why do researchers, doctors, surgeons and the like go to painstaking efforts to help mankind......why carry on trying to improve life for furture generations.
If we took the attitude of these mad people..life would really have died out due to stupidity ...of not progressing
devante11 9 months ago
@zipitup75 Here you are changing the story,( I and the father are one) If it meant that they had the same purpose he would said so, not for you to guest what he meant. also where does it say that he did not mean it litterally?
233yvan 9 months ago
@233yvan you're correct, i dont know if He meant it litterally or not so i retract my statement, but i believe Jesus was sincere in what He believed in and what He taught, i cant ever believe that He was a lunatic, i really dont agree with alot of what the bible preaches, but i still respect Jesus
zipitup75 9 months ago
@zipitup75 You must realize that it is not what you believe that count but what you know for a fact. Here in John 10;30 Jesus says that he is one with God but in mark 13;32 Jesus does not know something, How can Jesus be one with God when he admits he does not know all? What else does he not know? How does he know that God knows? Where does it says that God told him that?
233yvan 9 months ago
@zipitup75 perfect, you make your own christianity just because you don't like what it teaches so you make it up...then again so did the founders of the religion.
excaliburtation 9 months ago
@zipitup75 Here is why Jesus was a lunatic. Luke 19;27 Jesus say for those enemies of mine bring them here and kill them in front of me... so if you still respect Jesus after reading this then it take one to know one.
233yvan 9 months ago
@233yvan i dont know what to say, i've read that before and i ignored it and rationalized it to mean something else, i'm extremely depressed and live in fear everyday thats why i'm trying to cling to my beliefs and Jesus i dont know what else to do it's really hard reading all these things in the bible, i even stopped going to church and doing my studies.
zipitup75 9 months ago

@astrophonix why does it always have to involve insults? what did this man do to you? every man on earth believes something even you. why we have to turn on each other for our differences I will never know.
br0kendreemz 9 months ago
@br0kendreemz The insults are well deserved as these ridiculous claims that the world will end cause severe stress in some people. Kids ask their parents "are we all going to die?" there is often a small increase in suicide rates at the time of the 'prophecy' so these lies also cost people's lives. When these beliefs are ridiculed and the scum who make them are publicly humiliated then people will hopefully learn to ignore these doom-mongers and treat them with the contempt they have earned.
astrophonix 9 months ago
@astrophonix wow dude. you just dont get it. people under stress or suicidal people need to seek help. parents need to simply answer the question like the millions of other questions kids ask.
ridicule and humiliation dont fix anything. they only lower you.
reason with them or remove yourself from the situation...that's what works.
br0kendreemz 9 months ago
@br0kendreemz No, I will always ridicule and humiliate these liars, others can try reasoning with them, but I know these deluded idiots are impervious to all known facts and are putting out these bullshit ideas for their own amusement and profit, playing on people's fears in a cynical way to exploit them.
