lin dan was not in the best condition, it was not because of he was injured, it was because chen jin didn't have enough points to partcipate the olympic game at that moment, so, team china need lin dan let chen jin won the game, in order to made him had the qualification.

this is exactly what my point. if lin dan were injured, why would he even risk hurting his knee even more right before the olympics? and additionally, why doesn't he have any kind of support like knee brace, bandages, etc. this match was a fixed match. ive never seen a final of a super series where lin dan was so lazy. go check out this year's final and previous years' if you want to see a good match.

I think saying things like that is just a simple justification for lin dan's loss, which I believe to be untrue. We know Lin Dan is prone to losing concentration or a slight "cockiness" if thats the word whilst playing people other than the top 3. I think this was just one of those moments that he lost concentration along with the knee injury which Chen Jin pounced on.
