I must add that I never did have to hire an exterminator. The Nightwatch was able to completely eliminate my bed bug problem. The only issue I had with using this machine was refilling the CO2 tanks. Because I don't drive and because you can't refill the tanks in Manhattan I had to take the subway to Brooklyn to refill them. I have two tanks so they would last 10 days or so. If I had 4 tanks I would only have to go once every 20 days or so. Regardless, it's worth every penny and every minute.
It seems all model were recalled and the pressure valves were replaced, except mine. But the president of the company called to apologize and they sent me a new NightWatch. So, i'm back in business catching bedbugs.
Hold off on this machine. My exploded after putting in a new canister. I'll let you know how it turns out with the seller/manufacturer/mamco pressure valve.
