this is not exactly the way it goes. they don't have the little wistle thing at the end anymore. that went away before the start of last season. still as original and classic as it has always been. the organist plays out in the open now in a place in the upper bowl called topshelf, so the fans can see him play. kind of brings ya back to the old days of hockey.

If you had a clue as to the history of music played at NHL arenas around the league, you'd know that this song being played after a Blues goal is as old as the franchise itself.
There are plenty of other examples as well. Brass Bonanza in Hartford comes to mind. To a Blues fans, hearing the Blues Go Marching In is synonymous with euphoria.
