Friends, he is not saying that the DMT world is not important. He is saying that to make a real difference, we must get involved in this solid, boring and drearily world of politics and rain forests. The DMT space is real, but so are Sarah Palin and Osama Bin Laden. This means that we should concentrate on the here and now and get into DMT when we die. Peace friends.
I traveled to a "dimension" that was inhabited by aliens (I also had NO prior memes for DMT at all). I do not question that what I saw was "real" - however, I question my subjective interpretations of it. Just like I do in "real life". On balance, I consider the DMT experience enables a different type of electrochemical/mathematical cascade to occur in the brain - leaving us with the task of interpreting extra dimensional geometry that was previously hidden from us.
He is implying that the DMT experience should be less valued because it's not of an endogenous nature. And as far as I'm concerned, there is no danger in feeling the experience is autonomous. Point being, if the DMT experience is many times "more real" than this reality, who's to say that this reality should be viewed as "real" if the other is more than, just because it's not endogenous?
reminds me of Jody foster's character in contact and her experience meeting her father. i think that whole movie is a metaphor for the DMT experience!

I wish I could be one of the test subjects for DMT

I only just realized that. I have to look at many old movies again with my new eyes.
