Why am I filling a $400.00 machine with water? It has water hookup it works and has no trouble doing its job. So why an I needed to fill the machine to stop the noise?

These are the dumbest tips I've EVER seen! If you don't know that the machine needs water to run, perhaps you should just hand wash them and save a ton of money on water and electricity! Open door??? Does it run while open???
