i may be wrong but dont they also say "anything you fail to mention may harm your defence" or something like that? just checking is that part important or a coercive method?
I had always wondered why in the UK, why the Government had made an act that enforces it's subjects to pay a private company (insurance company) money and if they don't pay the private company the money, then the police man can then steal your car of you and crush it for not following the rules. I don't know much about it, but I do know that the police ask you to sign a contract to take your registered vehicle.
Can you share any information on dealing with traffic police? I know we have to show our driving licence if asked to but i got pulled over the other week for allegedly having no seat belt on and i was not sure of my rights as i didnt have my licence on me. I wasnt sure if i was obliged to tell him my name (which i didnt) after being assaulted & threatened with arrest and court if i didnt accept a fine, i stood my ground and some how left with no fine. Thank you for all the info you have shared.
@DANNYKESTON The contractual nature of the driving licence obliges you to present relevant documents on demand, if stopped, but the rest of the information remains the same. Watch my 'dealing with the police' addendum series for more information, if you haven't already done so. Congratulations on making the information work for you.
I agree with all but the seatbelt thing. You say it makes no difference to anyone but insurance agents... WRONG. A car is hundreds of kilos mass dependent on the driver's control. 1 side impact or hard turn and the driver is no longer in control (sliding out of the seat, hanging onto the wheel which makes it turn wildly etc.) I learned this firsthand. A driver not secured in place is not in control of a dangerous projectile that can take other lives. Belted is just being responsible
if someone near me is smoking cannabis, can the police search me if i dont agree? because if they cant then im pissed off, they took my fingerprints, adress, name, date of birth, dna samples, its bullshit just cos the guy sitting across from me had weed on him!
Well I wasn't thinking of religion. I was simply thinking of what I'm legally required under penalty of infraction or incarceration in my state. I'm sorry I do follow what you speak of, I would rather remain out of jail than execute
My god given rights. I am restricted so minimally it dosent make me upset to follow societies rules.
@SDS3292 If they WERE society's rules, I might consider blindly following them too but they're invariably not. If you were to research the inception of most of these Statutes, you would find that 'society' and 'societal benefit' has little to do with it. Anyhow, thank you for the conversation. Study well.
@TheAntiTerrorist I wish I had known this information long ago. I am a law abiding human being. But have been bullied and intimidated by the police a number of times over the years. How come this abuse of our rights has never been followed by the media? Is it all a big conspiracy? Because that's how it looks?
I guess my only point is there are stop and identify yourself statutes in the us. If you don't identify yourself you can be arrested. It has gone to court and rulings have stuck in many cases. I don't see any harm in giving my name to an officer, I have done it multiple times when requested without incident
@SDS3292 No one is telling YOU not to acquiesce,it is a choice made based on your level of education.I have a right to privacy and, unless I have caused harm, injury or loss, who I am is no one else's business, whatever costume they may be wearing. If you want to see ID,you're going to have to prove I am a 'person' subject to the 'rule', that I'm obliged to have and to carry such a thing, then you're going to have to prove that I am obliged to produce it on demand.
Then why are all of the laws in my state called statutes..?? It is called statutory law. I don't see how if it is called a statute and you can be arrested under statutes unwillingly it's not a law.. No laws made in the state level are called laws. They are state general statutes.
@SDS3292 People acquiesce to statutory legislation due to their ignorance of the LAW; they don't know who they are in the equation.Whether you're religious or not, and whether you like it or not, all LAW comes from scripture; anything that causes harm injury or loss. All STATUTORY legislation is defined by man (ACTS). @SDS3292 No, you haven't answered it, at all. Let's try this another way, shall we, I'll give you the answer, then you can pose the same question to your indoctrinators.A Statute is defined as,'A legislated rule of society given the force of law by consent of the Governed'.

"You must follow statutes."
Are you using 'Must' in the directive or imperative sense? Are you suggesting Statutory contracts are obligatory?
A statute is a law made by the state government. Just like common law was made over time and case law made through cases heard by a judge. In the us a statute has just as much legal pull as any other law. in fact you can almost use the two words interchangeably.
I don't know about where you are but in the states a statute is a law. Have you heard of statutory law? Drunk driving is considered a statute but your arrested without consent. A statute is a state law hence statute. You must follow statutes. If you didn't have to 90 percent of the laws in the us would be null and void.
In the U.S. you are required by law to identify yourself to an officer when requested. This is for officer safety. If you posess an I.D. you must show it to the officer. Other than that you are not required to say anything else. You are wrong when saying keep your mouth shut because if you dont identify yourself you can be in serious trouble.. Your name, birthday, and adrress are questions you must answer by law in the U.S. other than that you nay remain silent.

@Paddymaxson Actually, friend, responsibility is ALL I talk about, as i'm sure any one of my 'readers' will confirm. @TheAntiTerrorist In this video specifically all you seem to talk about is the responsibility of knowing your rights. As a 26 year old who's been paying the rent and bills since he was 16 I figure I'm responsible enough, I've a responsibility to call bullshit on you.
A Question: What's your solution to your imagined adversaries?
@TheLewisJackson Awww, there you go, you see, you spoiled it by parroting his sarcasm. The adversaries are far from 'imagined' for a start, they are very real indeed. BUT, I'll play for now; which "imagined adversaries" are you referring to IN PARTICULAR?
@TheAntiTerrorist The "New world order" Adversaries, yes some are real but some are imagined. Yeh I copied and Pasted it, couldn't be bothered to re-write it!
@TheLewisJackson Well, if you tell me which real NWO adversaries you're referring to, I can answer your question and we may be able to reestablish some of that faith you were talking about.
Bravo! 3 cheers, and certainly TOUCHE! very ...Very nicely stated. We often hear a lot about our "unalienable rights", but a specific one I've rarely ever heard mentioned is our "right of avoidance". Certainly those in "admiralty" and who play with huge cargo vessels in dark and fog, can appreciate avoidance! ;) but the sheeple truly need to consider all the things in this world which we have an absolute right to avoid, like lions and tigers and wolves. ;) - - OH my!
Do not ever remove your mask, your voice masker or any disguise you have. For your own safety, because all us intelligent ones know how much the government cares about what kind of hate or violence your spreading. All they need is you speaking negatively about them and thats all. power to the people
you bringing that stuff over here too huh?Sorry Im just a bit flared(since it first snowballed)everytime I see"200 ppl dont like music""40 ppl dont like fun""18,00 ppl dont like old school"

"The government doesn't have some agent walking around with clip board following you around taking down all the information about you, They don't do that"
YES THEY DO!!!! THE 2011 CENSUS IS EXACTLY THAT...
Also, Don't forget to pay your TV Licence!!! ...Or you're going to have some knavish fellows with clipboards at your door.
Hi, i looked into this with regards to a speed camera notification i received where a few people have tried this and failed. i think due to their contract obligations. what i did find interesting is on wikipedia. there is no right to silence with regars to serious fraud or if reqested to provide the password to encrypted data.
@TheAntiTerrorist correct. it seems a little too theatrical. all you're doing is posting a video on youtube - not inciting hatred, violence or terrorism.
An over-populated and diverse country will never work in an industrialized society. It comes to no surprise that America the has highest rate of prisoners in the world and the owners of the country know that as they are profiting from them. So I think you're "right-on" about cops ensuring stable income for the owners by deceiving the "herd".
How is enforcing seatbelt and traffic violations not serving and protecting the community. In that case lets all go out and drive unlicensed, blow red lights, drive drunk, while not wearing seatbelts and see how that works out. You'll be the first one on the news sitting next to Gloria Allred suing the police.
@pacolokz With respect, I suspect you're well entrenched in 'citizenship' and admiralty jurisdiction and have not considered the possibility that there may be 'something else'. Thank you for your contribution to the conversation. Be well
Yes, I agree that some trivial offences, such as cannabis use or drinking a beer in the woods should not be illegal, however I feel that people driving whilst drunk or talking on their phone whilst driving should be illegal and followed up.
For victimless crimes, they shouldn't be a crime as under common law it wouldn't be illegal, there is no loss or harm done. But when people start doing whatever they please it would be anarchy. I'd love to think we could trust each other.
@pacolokz Err, Your new, Self responsibility means you know your own actions have consequences I travel without a licence and haven't been involved in a accident in the few months i been travelling, It doesn't mean you have no respect for your fellow men and women...
@pacolokz I would also tell you, What does the term Driving mean,, You mean we should all travel without licence, Yeah we should, Who are the government to licence us to partake in a lawful action anyway.
This also has a counter part, It also means that the people doing so need to do so with full responsibility for there actions, THis is not trying to avoid blame of anything but it standing up for ourselves...
@TdRaidX Are you serious you need someone to define driving for you? Just FYI driving is a privilege in our country not a right. If you don't pay for your vehicle's registration which helps build roads, maintain roads and keep our badly polluted air from becoming worse than you no longer have the right to have your vehicle on the street.
also i don't call it a vehicle its an automobile ..
Read up on some law you will see the use of words are specific
Also the roads are public roads yeah, U notice the word public the government don't own shit, I invest my sovereignty in the queen not mockery government who just wage wars on country's who don't agree with there views.
If you don't like my opinion thats your judgement.
The Anti Terrorist isn't prophetic. A prophet tells you what will happen. The Anti Terrorist TELLS YOU WHAT IS ALREADY HAPPENING. Watch youtube video YqHxvg9tgqQ
Its a total mind blower when you put yourself aside and really think back to where and who you got your common sense from..your understanding and knowledge about the simple things in life that seem trivial to most, have a profound impact on how you view yourself in the world...an example would be the truth about matter itself...a simple idea with a massive influence over your reality..if slightly altered would twist your personal universe into a pretzel.
that only works if the officers are interested in what you have to say, if they are not, your prob goin to get a kicking, nicked, and charged, for something other than the reason why they wanted to talk to u about. Not sayin what he said is not right but beware it can go 2 ways lol.
I really like what your saying, but when a police officer wants to know your name. And they ask you for some random reason whichever that may be is it obstruction of justice to remain sillent when your name is asked by a police officer? Will they take you to jail or just say oh well you wont tell me your name or speak to us go on home.
@kalelrkid like he stated you can tell him your name but if he insists on other information about your personal self, ask if you are being detained. If in fact you are being detained...then Miranda and the 5th amendment is your best friend. You have the right to remain silent. choose silence.
Ya but if we stop them from writing tickets and making money (I live in Canada and I'm sure it's much the same) they will just raise the taxes and make the same money? I'm neither disagreeing or agreeing but it seems like something you can't really escape?
THANKS your the bomb do keep up the great work n it does help people ....
find you an make money n that's that does any 1 think they have any constitutional rights they don't the gov* do ever they want and you can't do a thing about it n that's the end of it !
hello, ok i walked through a park, and ten minutes later i walked back through the park and was stoped by two undercover cops they said they had reason to believe i had drugs on me so they have the right to search me,
PART 2 i said no you do not, they then ask me were did i go jast now we saw you walk through the park and come back in the space of ten minutes, i said i do not have to answer that, they said we are now going to search you for drugs and if i did not let them they would arrest me. so i let them search me.
@ukdeveloper As I have said previously, you have to be prepared to spend a few hours in a cell if you want to exercise your unalienable rights. These officers are just 'following orders' based on the limited knowledge they are armed with during their training. A diligent officer continues his education after his basic training.
If your rights have been subjugated by an ignorant officer, you then have a commercial remedy after the fact, if you care enough to exercise it.
biometrics has come a long way and my point? you didn't hide your identiy in a way to fool software. if you are going to hide your face you also need to alter your form or profile.
look your shoulder slope your head has an shape just analizing your profile in a computer
i did get a ride home from a deputy one year haloween. I was with my wife on the way home from a party and ran out of gas. He made a joke after we got in the back seat by saying "aha i tricked you!" then gave us a ride home...lol
After watching this video again, it caused me to remember a very interesting story, about seat belts, that occurred awhile ago in California.
There was a car that had wrapped around a telephone pole in California, and the driver was allegedly saved because he wasn't wearing a seat belt (he was allegedly able to duck into the passenger seat - there were no other people in the car other than the driver).
The news reporter stated that crash analysts said that the way the crash happened, if he had been wearing his seat belt, he would not have been able to duck into the passenger side and his skull would have been crushed.
I think this was right around the time (might have been just before) seat belt laws started being enforced heavily in California.
Amazing videos! keep up the good work, everyone should educate themselves, I always thought it stupid that when arrested the police even warn you not to say anything and some people still waive their rights. Utterly moronic, never trust the police!
We would do well to take this advice. We all need to learn our rights, then we need to help others learn their rights. Then we need to stand up for our rights.
actualy buddy, I would like the guy sitting behind me in the back seat to wear his seat belt. But thats my responsibility right, he can either get in the car and put his belt on, or stay outside. INteresting.
Making drug use felonius...big money. Take away your rights because like Betty Ford, you took too many pills to feel better...but now you can't vote and you report to officials...One man police officer can frisk a 17 yr old minor (alone) instead of calling parents or back up as witness like they do with women-if it were my boy and i had a lawyer I'd like to try to set a precident-don't touch my minor son! ...Sad the more you talk...but true.
Is the only remedy to the outcome of not giving name to police officer and he charges you with 'onbstruction of peace officer' (mixing oath 1 and 2 as explained by Rob ) to become a peace officer yourself?
can u be arrested for getting in the way of an officer in his duty i can't remember the official thing but can u get in trouble for that???? and how would u respond if a police officer asked u those questions tell him your not going to anwser or just not anwser or another way of responding???????
You can be arrested for obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty, yes. In response to any officer's demands, I would simply ask for the law that obliges me to answer. When he refers to a statute, you can remind him that failure to discern between statute and law is gross negligence and demand his ID. THEN what are you going to do?
when does it become obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty ? like if i didn't do anything and if hes just making a routine kind of stop (when im not in a vehicle) can it be obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty ?
Thank you very much for your insight,I was blinded for years held within their SYSTEM,Please keep posting it helps us who are just learning the truth....
Sorry, I am no Mr. and I do not have a Birth Certificate. I did not sign one, nor will I lie and testify to any information on any document I did not autograph with full disclosure. THAT is the crux of the problem, people keep telling lies and bearing false witness.
Section 44 is now part of statute law ratified by parliment but it the most abused section of the law ever by the police. Try telling a police officer to piss off when being asked those questions and search under this section. Former Royal Ulster Constabulary special ops..
One exception you are required by law when asked by a Police officer to submit your name address and DOB. Under section 44 you are now required to answer a lot more. This video needs a little updating.
The law has always required a person living in the UK to on request from a police officer to give their name address and DOB Dont happen to agree with it actually as i see it as a breach of civil rights and thats coming from a former police officer MYSELF!!
Big issue here, no human being can remember the day or date they were born, therefore, your statute requires me to testify to a thing of which I have no way of knowing for myself. I cannot be forced to lie, nor will I. I live as honestly as humanly possible. You are a liar if you claim you know your DOB, that fact is self-evident, to say you do under oath is perjury and a lie on its face. That is comming from a former police officer MYSELF. Is it not against the law to lie to a cop?
The advocacy for a proactive stance that protects your rights as a citizen SOUNDS VERY EMPOWERING.
HOWEVER...you are assuming that cops will actually follow the law when you object to their illegal questions or searches etc.
If you decide to refuse to "cooperate" the questioning and stupid profiling how do you know they wont get pissed and plant weed on you or arrest you for something you didnt do.
IN LA they have been known to set innocent people up and send to them to jail-Rampart scandal
i may be wrong but dont they also say "anything you fail to mention may harm your defence" or something like that? just checking is that part important or a coercive method?

@TheAntiTerrorist
I'd love to think we could trust each other.

werewolfmummy 1 year ago
@pacolokz I would also tell you, What does the term Driving mean,, You mean we should all travel without licence, Yeah we should, Who are the government to licence us to partake in a lawful action anyway.
This also has a counter part, It also means that the people doing so need to do so with full responsibility for there actions, THis is not trying to avoid blame of anything but it standing up for ourselves...
Its simple common sense.
TdRaidX 8 months ago
@TdRaidX Are you serious you need someone to define driving for you? Just FYI driving is a privilege in our country not a right. If you don't pay for your vehicle's registration which helps build roads, maintain roads and keep our badly polluted air from becoming worse than you no longer have the right to have your vehicle on the street.
pacolokz 7 months ago
@pacolokz HAHA
Look up legal definition of driving.
also i don't call it a vehicle its an automobile ..
Read up on some law you will see the use of words are specific
Also the roads are public roads yeah, U notice the word public the government don't own shit, I invest my sovereignty in the queen not mockery government who just wage wars on country's who don't agree with there views.
If you don't like my opinion thats your judgement.

I really like what your saying, but when a police officer wants to know your name. Will they take you to jail or just say oh well you wont tell me your name or speak to us go on home.

but had he stood his ground, wouldnt they have only taken him to the pound locked him up and searched him anyway?
ukdeveloper 1 year ago
@ukdeveloper As I have said previously, you have to be prepared to spend a few hours in a cell if you want to exercise your unalienable rights. These officers are just 'following orders' based on the limited knowledge they are armed with during their training. A diligent officer continues his education after his basic training.
If your rights have been subjugated by an ignorant officer, you then have a commercial remedy after the fact, if you care enough to exercise it.

About the seat belt thing I just posted . . . OMFG if this is true:
Google "reliable answers click it or ticket", and click on the link that goes to reliableanswers(dot)com
moogaron 2 years ago
After watching this video again, it caused me to remember a very interesting story, about seat belts, that occurred awhile ago in California.
There was a car that had wrapped around a telephone pole in California, and the driver was allegedly saved because he wasn't wearing a seat belt (he was allegedly able to duck into the passenger seat - there were no other people in the car other than the driver).
moogaron 2 years ago
The news reporter stated that crash analysts said that the way the crash happened, if he had been wearing his seat belt, he would not have been able to duck into the passenger side and his skull would have been crushed.
I think this was right around the time (might have been just before) seat belt laws started being enforced heavily in California.
That is something to think about . . .
moogaron 2 years ago 2
Oh ya, and by "enforced heavily", I am referring to the posting of all those "click it or ticket" signs on California roadways.
moogaron 2 years ago

All of these let the officer know that you simply know your rights and are exercising them
politeness and silence with the only words coming out of your mouth being am I under arrest officer? am I free to go? STFU and you will walk!.

figet45 2 years ago
You can be arrested for obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty, yes. In response to any officer's demands, I would simply ask for the law that obliges me to answer. When he refers to a statute, you can remind him that failure to discern between statute and law is gross negligence and demand his ID. THEN what are you going to do?
TheAntiTerrorist 2 years ago
when does it become obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty ? like if i didn't do anything and if hes just making a routine kind of stop (when im not in a vehicle) can it be obstructing an officer in the performance of his duty ?

Section 44 is now part of statute law ratified by parliment but it the most abused section of the law ever by the police. Try telling a police officer to piss off when being asked those questions and search under this section. Former Royal Ulster Constabulary special ops..
NATIONALGUARD7425 2 years ago
One exception you are required by law when asked by a Police officer to submit your name address and DOB. Under section 44 you are now required to answer a lot more. This video needs a little updating.
NATIONALGUARD7425 2 years ago
Section 44 is the Anti Terrorism law UK only!!
NATIONALGUARD7425 2 years ago
Statutes are now LAWS? when did that happen? :-)
TheAntiTerrorist 2 years ago
The law has always required a person living in the UK to on request from a police officer to give their name address and DOB Dont happen to agree with it actually as i see it as a breach of civil rights and thats coming from a former police officer MYSELF!!
NATIONALGUARD7425 2 years ago
Big issue here, no human being can remember the day or date they were born, therefore, your statute requires me to testify to a thing of which I have no way of knowing for myself. I cannot be forced to lie, nor will I. I live as honestly as humanly possible. You are a liar if you claim you know your DOB, that fact is self-evident, to say you do under oath is perjury and a lie on its face. That is comming from a former police officer MYSELF. Is it not against the law to lie to a cop?

The advocacy for a proactive stance that protects your rights as a citizen SOUNDS VERY EMPOWERING.

If you decide to refuse to "cooperate" the questioning and stupid profiling how do you know they wont get pissed and plant weed on you or arrest you for something you didnt do.
