You have to have use Reason 4. to use the Symphony of Voices Refill/Patch, if it's that you are asking.

Oh, and to expand on Gamegor1's question, I think he/she was asking if we need to use live instruments, or can you use midi banks from midi software? I would also like to know this. Keyboards are midi in themselves, so I don't see why you can't, you just need a software that handles midi and pulls from the sound bank and trigger it.

Well, I use a MIDI-keyboard, but these samples works without any instrument. So yes, you just need a mouse.
