I've had salt with everything I've eaten since I was 6 years old I even eat salt with my salt and today I'm 98 years old. What do doctors know.

Just switch to Sea Salt and you can have as much Salt as you want!

If it's sodium-chloride, then doesn't matter if it comes the sea or land, it increases blood pressure.

A better question is, who the hell can eat only 1500 mg a day? Totally unrealistic.
