The movie is not sped up. I tune these for a living. He is doing about 70mph (112kmh)

I have had a simple air cooled Zuma over 70 with an Athena 70cc kit, 21mm DelOrto, Leo Vince ZX exhaust, 4.5gram weights, 1500rpm clutch springs and 20% gearing. It does 73mph. That scooter is a water cooled Aerox, cable of mid 80ies with the same level of tune as the Zuma (BWS is E.U.)
