We need a new OS. The majority of consumers just want Internet capabilities and video games. I would guess that 99% of the computers sold are not in offices.

Just emulate widows calls. It's no longer about computing more like tap it to the hilt so nobody knows what the hell it is.

no drivers are buggy you just don't know what your doing. i've been running amd since 1994 and haven't had a single problem.

i run a 3 year AMD duel core with ati x1950gt and it out preforms a intel quad q6600 with a 9600 in FPS for games.

I'm sorry i didn't mean to say that AMD drivers are bad or something like that what i meant is that CROSS FIRE still at least dual CF like 4870x2 doesn't give double or lets 1.9 the performance of one 4870 1GIG version in some games.

I wasn't talking about AMD CPUs i know that phenom2 is an awesome CPU and its not that slower than the core i7 and as you said already it beats the i7 in games.

what i want from AMD is to make their crossfire scale better in majority if games

to be honest, no matter what ati does, they cant really "make crossfire work in games" unless the game supports it in the first place. most new games do, but older games, such as counter strike source, or other older games, do not have support, not even Nvidia supports it.....

same here love the 1950 still have god frame rates with all settings up on most game (tf2,ut3,hl2,all cod,.....)
