Ha I used to have this unit. Was my first recording unit and I used it to record guitar riffs when I first started playing. How tedious to multi-track with it compared to digital recording today :-p

I have a tascam 4-track recorder and recently the 1st and 3rd track have stopped working

WOW I remember when I started way back in the 91, 92 with the 4 track Tascam..

I used to record with the tape running double the speed and this helped to record a much better sound.. better highs, less noise, etc...

But now with my DAW running NUENDO and CUBASE 4 there's no looking back. I went Digital in 1997.
