Messages like this are too simplistic and ignore the heart of the problem, which is man's baser instinct. The problem lies in the fact that many of the people in positions of authority in our society, who would hear complaints of bullying, are themselves sociopaths and psychopaths and actually help to perpetuate this disgusting system of social hierarchy, and often use it to their advantage. Therefore, it is likely that such complaints will fall on deaf ears. It persists out of deliberation.
