While we are on the topic of big hair, one of my favorite actresses is Hazel Shermet. I remember loving the wigs that she would wear when she would make guest appearances on shows like "Facts of Life" and "Gimme a Break!"! What a babe!
I feel like it's crazy to say this, but it seems to me like people had different faces in the 80's. It can't just be the hair. It's like they're... rounder or something, idk.
@Dazlee0010 They aint as good as they were in the 70s and 80s...I mean they are much better for u now...for sure...but I like the ol fat and gristle pies...they were a real treat...and one of my few fav things back in the day!
In 1996 a box of Four N Twenty pies fell off a shelf in a shop in Newcastle and landed on the shopgirls' head. She was knocked down and complained a sore neck from the incident for several weeks.
Nice one. I actually got into a fight because of this ad. One of my mates started sining "Four and twenty fat stuff" at this fat guy on the train. Ah the memories...
On a Saturday night watching the footy replays this ad would play every week. Great stuff.

Its because in the 80`s it was ok to have a healthy look. There is no way these actors would get work today.

Possibly -- but it was recorded in 1984.

Definitely pre-1984 mate.

I meant it was recorded (taped) off my TV in 1984. I understand it was created earlier.

Who would've thought meat pies could be... sexual? And I notice that even in 1984 Four&Twenty was marketing itself towards flannie-wearnin' bogans.
