@HoorayItsMike flak jacket makes the game completely unbalance. There's no counter for it. Juggernaut in CoD4 was countered by stopping power and sonic boom. The flak jacket that was world was balanced because there was fireworks for it. Also I noticed you didn't list lightweight in you little rant there mate. and judging how you're lashing out on me, you're probably one of those pussies yourself.

@WTFisFTWbackwards Hell no flak jacket has got to be one of the worst perks in the game IMO, I'd rather have an extra 3rd perk than use it. And completely unbalanced? No counter for it? It's called using a spy plane and your gun. I looked my personal stats up and explosive kills make up about 10% of my kills. Meaning it has 1/10th the usefulness of juggernaught. If the perk is still too strong for then I don't know what else to say. Just play and have fun man.
