not sure, but I have the game, and that song is the "theme" song in the game. get the game (its real cheap now), and you'll have the song

You can take the music out from the game. I mean you find the audio files in the game, where you installed it. Just search in the game files (thats what I did).

You can also take the music from WBC 2 and put in the WBC 3 (just like I did) its fun.
