It is a little high pitch but when you listen to it in its original form, ex: in Pandora, its so much better.

the tabla dayan i've always thought has alot of potential for stuff like DnB, Jungle, Dubstep etc. This song also made me notice the bayan has almost as much potential.

To clear up the confusion....'Bol-ing' as many have put it, translates as Speaking. Whereas 'Raag' is to be Singing. Further to this comes 'Raga' (the use of faster singing) or Rapping in modern culture. Hope this is helpful.

Have you listened to Turkish Sufi music, for example Mercan Dede. It's sufi fusioned with classical Turkish, electronica and natural sounds. He's amazing, I highly recommend it and often times there is singing similar to this.

Dear friend I was so new to this genre and another dear soul told me they thought the phrasing is called "bol" so if anyone else can help us NEW Indian genre followers, please shout out your knowledge. This is a magnificent piece and I LOVE THE bol-ing if that is a correct way of "spelling or calling it. " The drums and flute, and Peace and Love. You will find tons of these, and If you are more into Tabla and Flute sounds then go for Indian Classical also known as Bhartiya Shashtriya Sangeet. !
