@KOCHADIT I respect your opinion about Acuil....but times have changed. I don't support Gen. Acuil now as a person but I support the work he is doing and is articulating in this video. I hope he and other security officers succeed. I know of commander Acuil of 1991 and 1992. He failed to deliver in Kapoeta but let's judge him based on what he is doing now. By the way, if he is failing to deliver his duties now, then I absolutely agree with you. Peace.
