Thank you for your video. We call those "plastic sleeves", we can get them in a 4 and a 5 size. The are also called document protectors or ring binder sleeves.
One word of Caution!! Every Microwave is different. I saw another tutorial with the same instructions. But I was more cautious and started with a $1 rubber stamp. My Microwave actually worked (without melting the backing) at 3 seconds!!
I LOVE this idea...I have every thing I need and I started removing the rubber from my wood blocks and I have a huge ooey sticky mess left behind!!! I need help!!! I have used goo gone (soaked for 2 hours) and now it is even more ooey and gooey!
How are you supposed to remove the original sticky adhesive?
well that's definitely a stream-line way of keeping your stamps! (the first way, in the 3 ring binder)... yeah i've been outta school for a while & can't remember the name for those "pockets" either LMFAO wow... that's bad LOL
this is very helpful to me, i need to cut down on clutter and i have a big huge case of stamps from years ago. so i will give this a go! I did think to use the folders with the plastic sleeves but the sticky pages are brilliant, i just threw one out too! typical!
thanks so much. i also thought laminated A4 might work too if the outer sleever protects the stamp enough maybe i wouldnt need the sticky page. thankyou !
wow so cool. I think I might try this project. Looks more like a hobby collection :D Keep it up. The CD idea looks easy, but the binder one is better. :D I could have a huge stamp collection! Next time I goto a art store or section, I'll buy rubber stamps and try this :)

Try it on the side of caution.

Since magnetic pages deteriorate photos I am not sure this is great for the long run. What do you think?

Are you using mainly Stampin Up wood stamps in this demo? BTW, the word you were looking for was page protectors! Hee hee! :)
cherryjewel 3 years ago
Yes, the stamps I'm using are SU but it applies to all types of wood stamps!
