  • the real trick to pork spare ribs that they ignore here is to trim them st louis style

    if you leave that sternum piece on the ribs they have an uneven thickness and wont cook evenly. thats a more important tip than any of these so called "secret rubs and spices" lol. another tip is to remove the membrane off the back of all ribs unless you like a big greasy scab on the back of them
