Can this F22 be build using 1/4'" bluecor fan fold foam??

Absolutely. 6mm = 1/4". It is essentially the same thing. Have a go at it. ~ James

The hinges I use are simple nylon CA hinges. They simply glue into a slot created with a hobby knife. Cheers. ~ James

Yes, All 6mm Depron. Depends on the sheet size. The wingspan is 22" across. But the sheets I use, you could likely do it in one. Might need a bit more.
