i have listened to and own everything and been to every concert that has happened post tea party and its just as good as the tea party days. Jeff was the tea party as i have stated before and once again this month i shall see him rock on! I cant wait.
Fair enough, though discounting the creative imput the two other guys had in the music is in poor taste to everything that they put into it for what 10 years? but if you want to go see a band to just stare at the lead singer all night, more power to you.
Obviously you have not listened to the music so keep your 2 cent opinion to yourself and im not going to a concert to stare at the lead singer you wanker cos im a guy thats married and not gay like yourself. Its the music thats it. So go buy the Amarda album and get a life.
you are making some large assumptions here, and sexuality has nothing to do with this, I was suggesting you take into account the group effort. Jeff himself has said in interview that he came to them with a framework of a song and they created the body.
well the tea party is no more due to the others wanting to sell out and make a quick buck. Jeff wanted no part with that and thats why you have jeff doing what his doing now. And if you try and tell me crash karma holds any light to jeffs work your seriously deluded.
my god, when Jeff and the guys get into it it really reminds me of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds preforming "Red right Hand" .....strange haha but both soo good.
God each song from the Interhouse Mantras could have been a isngle by itself and I mean every one of them. They are amazing they should have been superstars by now.
I think it was because his vision with the Tea Party was at it's pinnacle and he was simply looking for a change.....I'm sure it had nothing to do with his bandmates....it was just that he felt he couldn't accomplish anything beyond what he was restricted to with the record company. He is an amazing vocalist AND guitarist.....Most people know that....I think he just wanted to be Jeff and not have to try to create "Radio Hits". I hold him in the highest regard!!!
That pretty much sums it up. Plus all 3 band members claimed that each other wanted to sell-out, while Jeff M aparently got a big ego in the proccess.
I LOVED this song........I miss these guys......Apparently J.M has a new band....but I'm sure it won't quite be the same......Such under-rated talent!!!! These guys were un-real...and amazing!
...dont you come here wasting my time!

When you listen to post tea party stuff you quickly realise that jeff martin is the tea party and the others were just riding his wave.

Have you listened to anything he's made post teaparty?
his music now has nothing on what those three made together.
