Also, I broke into a house and Bravil and found two Mythic Dawn Commentaries books, so I pegged the owner as a cult member, and thusly murdered her in her sleep, only to turn around and be asked to pay the fine for trespassing. The murder was fine though. Either way I proceeded to kill the guard, run away, and then later get arrested for stealing a gold from a guy who I didn't know was part of the thieves guild in order to get enough money to pay off the thieves guild.

There is no nudity in the game, although characters can be stripped down to their undergarments (Underwear, bra, etc.)

You can not turn the gore off on the 360 version, but one thing to tell you, if he does play, no dark brotherhood for him...

Looks like the barracks in Leyawiin. You can tell Philida alternatively that "Sithis wants his soul". He replies with something like "Sithis can kiss his wrinkled old arse" then attacks along with every other guard in the place. I summed up like 7 or 8 of Midas summonable creatures and the room was so full of mayhem and spells being cast it was hard to tell what was going on anymore.
