Good gun,a clone of the Norica Marvick(Beeman GS1000 series),which i have one.The only problem with the Norica spring in the Marvick is that it loses it's elasticity rather quickly resulting in premature velocity loss.I'm not sure if the Chinese uses a better spring in the TF-89;it's a matter of trial and error.

@177bandit The TF89 spring seems to hold up really well, we have about 15K shots down range with our test one and hasn't lost any power. We have also had Pyramyd Air put in an Air Venturi gas ram and it is amazing!

@CompassecoAirguns You can fit a gas ram into the TF 89? According to the pyramyd air site the Air Venturi gas ram only fits guns made in England. So I could just send my TF89 ( if I had one) over to pyramyd and they could upgrade it for me?

I like the idea of buying the gun now and upgrading it later with something like that.

@KainsVison, Yes we have put an Air Venturi Gas Ram in the Tech Force 89, Pyramyd Air did this with the Tech Force 89, there is an article on the compasseco. com website in the blog. It tested very well with the gas ram.
