  • 4K!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • DANG ONLY 4000 DOLLARS?!?!?!?

  • do want

  • at 1:50 you say it dont cost much wish i could find one for free

  • Can I use they System in natural day light ?

  • Does it have any competition out there yet???

  • Looks like UV-Reactive material...

  • Incrediblly cool but ridiculously over priced.... call me when the price drops by about 4000 dollars.

  • uff lo mejor

  • dude, a normal green screen studio is wayyy more cheaper!

  • but i just wanna know something, the blue light, why does it not giv a bluish face-color?

  • @a222m A 500 watt key light easily overpowers the wimpy 30w output of the ring - there is zero spill on the front unless you're shooting a dark (candlelit scene) and even then a spill suppressor found in any keying software cleans it up nicely.

  • @a222m...I had seen someone order this before and they had a green light ring. When I looked through the camera, the person was totally engulfed in green and to top that off, their eyes too had turned green. The light that was emitted did not look as green as they show on here.

  • that mys cost a harm an a leg

  • cool i want 1 ho i can???

  • cool

  • That is so cool.

  • The fact that you don't have any more color spills is great, but you might have other problems to deal with, as eliminating the blue/green-ish hue which is cast on the subject, because it is right in front of a ... umm... blue/green light source.

  • Thank you for clearing this up. I was confused and intrigued by this device.

  • I was going to buy this until I saw the price. $1500?! I bought a muslin cloth 10' x 12', with one work light, and it works fine.

  • How do you set the light in order to get an even lit background? Do you use any kind of reflexion panels? Or you just spend more time to fix any variations in post?

  • I dont need even light, my camera automatically see's it as even light.

  • what light is it? i can just make one my self if its just normal blue or green lights<<<

  • where can i get the background??

  • Shoot stock backgrounds yourself or google for "virtual sets"

  • WOW!

  • Great Stuff, but I can i use my dv camera or one need a pro type studio camera?

  • You can use a DV camera, however you'll achieve a higher quality with an HD camera. These example were shot with a Sony FX1 HDV camera.

  • great idea... but WAY to much money for the normal person. too bad they don't make a non-pro version.

  • Awesome!

  • its too expensive for ppl like us!!!

  • i realy need that for outdoor chromakeying. Cause a character is better awesome lighting with the real light of the sun, and with this in background it's very easy to rotoscope.

  • that is absolutely amazing, my studio has a huge 11 by 11 greenscren. wish i didnt now

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh this looks fuckin awesome

  • Is that Ultra you are using for the virtual sets?

  • I think it's good if you have a limited amount of space and not much light. I'm thinking of getting one for travailing.

    Thanks

  • but i kn tell its fake evn if you do that lol

  • ok all of this is good but u need to appear in the backround to make it look more real. to do that u have to shrink yourself in the software and you can do that

  • if I get the job at my school I will be working with this new tech.

  • thats amazing!

  • how do you avoid the light ring reflecting in eyes, Spectacles, belt buckles, silk etc which would end up being keyed?

Do you need to drown the subject in light to remove the light rings light on the subject or can you have the flexibility to have dim moody lighting on the subject too?

  • tht is SOOOOO not cheap i have a better chance buying a muslin green screen, theres no way i'm buying a 2,700 dollar thing if i can just buy a 100 dollar green screen and "almost" achieve the same look

  • It's actually cheap if you're shooting a lot and need to set-up fast. Most people have to waste a lot of important time lighting evenly - not to mention the cost of the light, the heat, the electricity. Then theres the savings in post production with a perfect key to work with.

  • it IS hard to get good lighting, i did my first serious green screen video today, and it took 2 hours to get the lighting right, and take note that i dont have good equipment, i was using household lamps and such...

  • HOLY CRAP! I worked soo hard to get a good greenscreen, I had no idea about this!

  • Did you edited reflecmedia with final cut pro?

  • Yes. We used FCP 6.

  • Hi, when you key through the gauze fabric, is that using the Reflect Media FCP/equiv plugin or is that just a standard chroma keyer? The keyer in FCP is not all that good in my experience, and I was wondering if it was good enough to do these kinds of keys? Thanks.

  • really amazing, may pick it up, my local news studio uses this stuff

  • aewsome

  • cool and where can i get this and how much?

  • Go to the dvestore site see Reflecmedia in the pop-up. A complete kit with 7x7 backdrop is about $2700

  • Wow, that's amazing

  • ditto

  • Why does the talent not glow blue or green?

  • The camera needs to be 10 feet away or they will light up.

  • Fantastic technology!

  • Rocks!
