I find with the EtaExpress and the bushbuddy, you don't need to use the pot stand due to the breathing of the heat sink on the pot.

Simple and quick answer is that it does fit inside the Primus Express Pot.

To clean the Eta Power pot, just let it soak in some strong detergent used for cleaning the barbeque, or something other (really don't know what you could use in the UK, but I imagine that you'll find something).

Oh, and use a windscreen.
