In ChinatownPoint there is Pan In The Box

Plaze SG and Suntec City has Otaku House

All these are costume shops. Haru also imports Japanese fashion like Lolita and gothic.

For Figurines,I know Chinatown is a figurine haven

and also the top floor of PLaza Sing, where otaku house is as well~!
