While I think it is funny to make fun of this film and its bad acting. I think you all should be careful about mocking people because of their religion.

Making fun of people because of their beliefs is very ignorant,crude, and lowlife. Yes, this movie is silly with the bad acting and all but ridiculing religious people because of their faith is the symptom of a bad upbringing.

The problem is that many fundamentalist Christians want to do the same thing the Communists are doing in this movie but instead to non-Christians and want to enforce Christian rules and laws. I don't think people would be as anti-christian if the Christians weren't so anti-everyone else. Not to say there are Christians who respect other's views, its just that they often attempt to use government legislation to enforce their beliefs. No better than Sharia law.

@funker42 The religions are infiltrated when there is hatred. If one practices what was written such things would not occur. But as with anything that happens to governments, organizations, and yes organized religions non-christian, monotheistic, or philosophic people leaders are currupted and the masses follow a flawed ideological sales pitch. It's not a single group that this happens too.

Christians on the otherhand would never do such horrors to sinners or non-believers. Their holy history shows us just how wonderfully tolerant and accepting they were and are to "others". The crusades, witch-burnings, colonization of indigineous lands, forced assimilation, and destruction of non christian beliefs/cultures.

They actually still use exactly those methods in China. This is how they test if you practise Falun Gong. They have a symbol of Falun Gong lying at the entrance of train Stations, Buses, Police Stations, Labor Camps etc. If you refuse to step on it - you get arrested - IF you step on it - you get free. They might also do the same with the persecuted Christians (not sure there)
