    3.melt in microwave

    and enjoy it!

  • The Microwave tip was very helpful! I must say that It will be best if you melt the chocolate with nut-free chocolate because if you melt ferrero rocher or snickers, you will get nuts in your melted chocolate and therefore your chocolate taste will be gone. I like to melted Cadbury chocolate like Freddo or Dairy Milk. Kit-Kat is best for eating, not melting.

  • i thought chocolate should be in a temperature of 65 degree max. if not the water in the chocolate will evaperate then the chocolate wont taste good. he just said to let the chocolate to be 80-90 degree????? am i wrong or is it that i heard it wrong

  • @animemily3027 It's Fahrenheit ! 100 F = 37 Celsius. You must not heat your chocolate more than 55 Celsius, and then cool it until it reaches about 30 Celsius degrees to mold it ;-)
