Lots to consider re: osteoporosis (besides a belief that dairy is suspect. Have you watched my video clips? If so you would know there are 2 completely different milks & that virtually all problems of milk digestion come from sick milk. Don't confuse pasteurization & homogenization of a grain-fed sick animal's fluid with the raw, grass-fed nourishment coming from healthy animals that have been nourishing mankind long before the diseases such as osteoporosis became as common as they are today.

That pasture probably is immune to pathogens because of the healthy cow dung deposits. In the Veda's cow dung is considered pure, (I'm sure the commercial cowdung is sick) But there is actually a natural penicilin in the cow dung it'self. What a great cycle!
The anti-bacteria mind-set that has been institutionalized in this country over the past 120 years needs the same light of day that has been shining on other cultures since time began!
I would love to eat raw cheese but want to be informed. At what point is the calf removed from the mother and what is the function of the calf after that point?
When the cow and bull grow very old what becomes of them? I would be most grateful for a response as I am really curious.
I am sure these guys are doing their level best. I milk my own cows, along with their calves, and let them live out their lives. But if I were in town with no milk, I would go to these people. My baby needs milk.
I have heard this arguement, and it does make sense,
But when you think from a biochemical and physiological perspective, ie
What does a human need for sustenance?
You then realize that milk is the perfect food.
Every cell is made of 1/2 fat and 1/2 protein, these are our two most important nutrients, and grass-fed cows also provide us with minerals and vitamins needed for optimal health. Milk is the perfect food for humans.
Well it is if it comes from your mother, i.e. human milk. Man is not designed to drink cows milk.
Milk is one of the leading causes of allergies. It causes constipation in white children and diarrhoea in black children. Milk irritates the lining of the colon causing it to bleed resulting in bloody pooh.
You can get your calcium intake from dark greens. Milk is full of fat and sugar.
PASTEURIZED milk is the leading cause of allergies because all the bacteria that produce lactase to digest lactose have been killed off due to extreme heat.
All of these symptoms you speak of are alleviated when raw milk is consumed.
Fat is one of the most important nutrients for a person to consume.
60% of your brain is made of fat, and 50% of every single cell in your body is fat.
You've been told lies about fat, it is carbohydrates that make people fat, not fat itself.
@daro2096 there's a huge difference between raw milk from pasture-raised cows and milk from cows in confinement feedlots that are fed an unnatural diet of soybeans and grain. Humans have thrived on raw milk from other animals, such as cows, camels, buffalo, goat, sheep, etc, only recently with the introduction of homogenization and pastuerization have people been developing allergies and other adverse effects due to the poor quality of milk.
You can get your calcium from kale and other such dark green leafy vegetables. You don't need cows milk.Your body breaks down the sugar in milk into glucuse and galactose. The body can not handle galactose so it stores it as fatty deposits in your skin and eyes. Man appears to do fine on animal milk because he is fearfully and wonderfully made. Milk raw or not contains blood, puss, urine and pooh.
1. Digestion is driven in large part by bacteria. The Lactobacillus in raw milk breaks lactose down and makes it digestible. When raw milk is consumed the body does not have to deal with galactose.
The bacteria in healthy organic milk suppress the growth of pathogens in milk. When we drink it, they suppress the growth of pathogens in us.
You will lose calcuim not absorb it if you drink milk. Milk will make your blood acidic causing your body to leech calcium from your bones to neutralise the acidicity from your blood and then the calcium is urinated out through your bladder.
This is why the countries with the highest rates of brittle bone diseases are also the highest producing dairy countries.
This happens whether your milk is raw or treated.
You have confused pasteurised milk with ORGANICE RAW MILK which is the subject of this video. They are totally different substances. Watch this section of the video again. Most consumed milk is pasteurised, it is this process together with homogenization that damages the milk and causes these problems.
I just told you it doesn't matter whether it is raw or cooked. It has the wrong sugars, the wrong protein, the wrong. bad calcium absoarbion. African's in the bush who don't drink milk get more calcium from 385mg(from calcium rich plants) a day then someone who drinks 1200mg a day from milk.
Drink milk, you will put on weight due to the high fat and sugar content and you will lose 1500mg worth of calcium from your bones to neutralise the acidicity caused by the milk in your blood.
Raw milk in combination with Vitamin D, and Vitamin K2 has been used to treat osteoporosis. The slight acid formation in milk is swamped by its calcium content.
The Cholesterol in raw milk is beneficial, the body needs it, otherwise the liver has to produce it adding to its workload. The Vitamin k2 in organic butterfat greatly enhances the benefits of both the calcium and Vitamin D present
It is essentially impossible to collect milk without it being contaminated with fecal bacteria. A partial list of these pathogens includes: E coli -O157:H7 (the bad E coli you hear about on the news), HTT Salmonella (it’s not just from chickens and eggs), Listeria, Campylobacter and Brucella. Remember, no matter how clean they might try to keep a dairy operation, it’s a far cry from a sterile procedure.
Fecal bacteria in grass fed cows include strains of beneficial lactobacillus. Studies have shown E-coli are suppressed or eliminated when added to raw milk. Grass fed cows do not incubate this pathogen in their gut, and it is not usually found in their fecal material. The same applies to Salmonella.
Certified raw dairy herds must be Brucellosis and Tuberculosis free, so not relevant.
Raw milk resists pathogen growth, and contains good bacteria nobody said it was sterile.
Many raw milk advocates claim that the pasteurization process is so harsh as to destroy the nutritional value of milk. They believe that pasteurized milk is less nutritious, more allergenic and more liable to cause lactose intolerance. They also claim that raw milk contains antibacterial components that render pasteurization unnecessary. Unfortunately, however, there is no scientific support for such claims.
Studies have found only minor nutritional differences between raw and pasteurized milk, which are insignificant. Raw and pasteurized milk are equally allergenic (they contain the same proteins), both contain the same amount of lactose (meaning that lactose intolerant people can’t drink either type), and raw milk has not been shown to contain antibacterial chemicals.
From 1998 to May 2005, the CDC identified 45 outbreaks of foodborne illness that implicated unpasteurized milk, or cheese made from unpasteurized milk. These outbreaks accounted for 1,007 illnesses, 104 hospitalizations and two deaths. This is based on information in CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report for the week of March 2, 2007. The actual number of illnesses was almost certainly higher because not all cases of illness are recognized or reported.
I like the word implicated here. Cases have been examined where respondents were only questioned if they said they had consumed raw milk. Many of the pathogens involved are more commonly found in meat, and would not be in the milk of a certified herd at source.
As for the illnesses, how do these figures compare with hamburgers, seafood and salads? Clue (they are all much higher)
Wrong sugar, wrong protein. Lets see now cows have mad cow disease, bovine TB, and any other viruses. Lets take Mad Cow Disease: it only takes one bad prion to infect you and it is passed through the cows milk to the comsumer and no amount of cooking or heat treatment kills it.
You think fecal matter has such good properties? Go eat cow pie then.
You don't work or have an interest in the dairy industry do you by any chance? Are you reading dairy sponsered reports?
Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. You see, calcium is an excellent acid neutralizer and the biggest storage of calcium in the body is – you guessed it… in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilized to neutralize the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising result after this is an actual calcium deficit.
And if you drink the stuff for 50 years you one day wake up and discover you have osteoporosis, brittle bone disease and you wonder how did that happen?
What study? The often quoted "Unpasteurised Milk: The Hazards of a Health Fetish" is misleading to the point of dishonesty. It claims "numerous studies have shown there is little nutritional difference between pasteurised and unpasteurised milk" which is true. But it omits to mention that there are many studies that show that raw milk is superior to pasteurised milk. Since the former are neutral, the consensus is raw milk is more nutritious.
I guess you never did any reading. The standard test for Pasteurisation is to test that the enzyme Phosphatase has been destroyed. Phosphatase is needed for the uptake of Calcium.
Studies have shown pathogen growth is suppressed and pathogens reduced or eliminated in raw milk.
I have first hand experience of people who are lactose intolerant who can drink raw milk (2 sisters)
thousands of children died from raw milk at the first part of the last century, thus the pasteurization was created

1. Man does fine on animal milk, Cow, Buffalo, Horse, and Goat for thousands of years. Many adults produce lactase.
2. Raw milk contains lactase from lactobaccilus that allows black or white lactose intolerant kids to digest lactose.
