This song reminds me of the best times of my life. Driving around in the rain with my best friend just living life. Ahhhh, gotta love songs that make you reminisce.
Some people don't value this kind of music, but it tells a story. P eople complain about overplayed music, and yeah, when it's Ke$ha and there's no baseline or intricate guitar riffs I'd sure as hell get bored of it. But you can't get bored of this, not really. At least, if you listen to it a healthy amount :) Love it <3

To Double 0711,There is a difference between sellin out and being popular,selling out is changing your original style of music to appeal to a certain genre and being popular is a band sticking with their own style,sound etc,and still gaining loads of noteriety and fans and so on without changing to appeal to a certain culture or genre like so many good bands have done for one reason or another but mainly for the the money and their own personal gains or whatever.

greenday or offspring arent sellouts. Only reason Greenday is famous is cos 12 yr olds suddenly liked them apart from that theyre good they just changed thier style. Did anyone ever hear 2000 light years away? thats a great song. Back to this one though i think this sounds like a matured version of Elders or like a sequel to it

@silvia4live I have to disagree with you. As much as I love listening to The Offspring, Metallica, and Tom Petty, I do listen to some mainstream music regardless of if it's all fake. Society has lost it's flavor in music and all the old bands have since them vanished. But keep an open mind in music, it will get you far in life. I hate rap, but I'll listen to Eminem because his lyrics mean something.

Dunno why ppl are calling sellout. This song sounds alot like Gone Away, this is how The Offspring does ballads and has been. The Offspring made Hammerhead recently and that was harder than their usual. Tryin diff. styles isn't sellin out, it's variety and versatility. Just cause they're not writing song that make you nostalgic, doesn't mean they sold out.

It looks to me like every band is starting to turn away from heavy rock and punk, even dragonforce the makes 10:00 minute long rock songs where the guitar and drums never stop playing heavy rock are now making songs like this. the heavy rock and punk era is ending.
