Jagex claims it would be impossible to date back every business transaction on every members account, which is why they started it the day of the release of loyalty points. Veterans cape is simple due to adventures logs and how when u log in it adds more days to your count of days the account exists

Double xp is only for the referred account. For 1 week and max. to lvl 30 in every skill (not 99 ;) ) - so not that "usefull" for stupid botters..

"storing exp bonus" is only that +10% thingy for the account, that sent the email to a friend/to him- or herself - and max. 5 weeks/year.
