The purpose of rebounding is to help the lymphatic fluids circulate through the body. If done correctly, rebounding is a great exercise, however; trampolines of any form are very dangerous and extreme care must be taken.
There was a NASA study, but the conclusions that have been drawn by the rebounding industry are way over-blown at this point. That's not to say that rebounding isn't great, just that NASA never said it's the greatest thing ever. The NASA study was pretty limited, and as far as I can tell, there is no major NASA followup in terms of training astronauts, preventing bone loss, etc.
If NASA confirms rebounder exercise is the best, why aren't they using it? Ive searches their whole website and articles. Where can I find this information please?
