Congratulations!!! I'm really happy for you, Black people. I was hoping Obama was going to win, he represents the new hope for the US. And for Black people as well. I'm white, but what I wanted to say is, whenever I come to the US, I can see the Black people are not treated equally with the white ones. And it's sad. This is the same for all countries. In Great Britain you see many homeless white people on the streets. Most young people in Europe live on the poverty level. It really shouldnt be this way. America needs to take care of its poor people. Maybe Obama will change those divisions.

Everyone has built up Obama so much in their minds into a god-like figure of some kind. You think we're headed for some kind of paradise-on-earth. Maybe he'll do well, maybe he'll do poorly. (My money is on poorly.) But even if he does the most amazing job he can, all these starry-eyed gullible people will still be disappointed when they realize he's only human and will make mistakes just like anyone. Everyone watch the new South Park if you haven't seen it already!
