@userpru7ser.. ive replaced pump on newer cars but trying 85 GMC c1500 305/5.O truck Special tool noted but what does left threaded mean? It says to torque to 30nm. How?
im sure you learned by now but YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE PULLEY BOLTS.....LEAVE THE BELT ON TO HOLD THE PULLEY.... THEN PUT A 1 1/4 big ass CRESCENT ON THE BIG NUT AND WHACK IT WITH A MALLET TO LOOSEN IT
I can knock a wrench on it but trying with the tool. Torque nut? Can a torque wrench get there or how

I think it's left threaded.

weld it , use a giant magnet, mind control, put cooked spaggetti in the pulley grooves
