2008 was one of the worst summers for sever weather in Omaha history. Was horrible, since I had young kids that screamed every night when the sirens would go off.

Thank you for your comment. We had blizzards when I was growing up. Now the winters are warmer. We don't get those big snowdrifts anymore. This has been a terrible year for tornadoes and flooding in the Midwest. Iowa has really been hit hard. Brings tears to my eyes when I hear see and hear their stories on the news.

Seems like this happening all over...but no worries time is changing, its like when I was a kid the weather was so different. I think we just have to chill, really chill, and if our gov and others are screwing with the weather they are only screwing themselves and their families. It sure feels like summer though here in Hollywood a good 89 degrees:)
