I feel like some of the x rays deserve to be finishing moves, they are better than some of the fatalities! For example, Kitana's x ray can replace her first fatality, sonya's x ray can replace her second fatality, sindel's x ray can replace her second fatality, liu kang's x ray can replace one of his fatalities....many of those x rays are just too impressive to be regular attacks. especially since some of the x rays pretty much can kill you (stabbed in the head with blade, breaking neck, etc.)

ok, I know its silly to complain about reality in a game like MK, but, one thing I hate is how like it shows sub zero crush a guys liver, or johnny cage break someone's back, and the person just gets back up to throw down. IMO, it should be like that Bushido Blade game, you throw a fatal strike, fights over. Just my opinion, sorry for ranting about the realism in a game with mutant alligators (Reptile) and fire breathing demons (Scorpion).

Does anybody know if you can truly make up your own combos in this game? Like, can you freely punch someone 3x in a row, kick them, and then do a special move or uppercut, or do you HAVE to use the preset combos for each character in order for attacks to link?

@kinesis500 no you can create your own. i play the demo all the time and i make up combos a lot. for example with Scorpion: spear attack(GET OVER HERE!!!!!), flame teleport, uppercut. Johhny Cage: triple punch to face, tripple kick to face, low focre ball, shadow kick(if in range).
