The Beatles represented arguably the most significant landmark in popular music, but, sorry guys, the Bee Gees are the best! While the Beatles material now sounds very 60s-ish, the Bee Gees songs are as fresh as ever. Right up there with Rodgers, Porter, Gershwin, Berlin and Kern - among the greatest songwriters ever - not to mention their awesome perfomances!

Totally agree! The Bee Gees have so many great songs, that they only touched on a very few. The difference between Bee Gees music and the Beatles music is that the Bee Gees have "soul" and their music "moves" you. I don't doubt that in the near future, the Bee Gees will finally be given their rightful place as the number 1 group of all time.

Thank you for posting this! The Bee Gees are so great! You can tell by watching this video that their music crosses all ages. They are so talented. My heart has been so sad for the past nearly 6 years. Maurice was so talented and attractive, like all the Gibb men, I hope he is resting in peace and that Bary and Robin are happy. They certainly deserve it after a life time of great music.
