@SUPERSTAGE A good BJJ would destroy a wrestler, not saying wrestling is bad i mean its amazing but BJJ is more applicable because the techniques are done in a way that you dont need strength, so a BJJ practitioner has the skill to beat someone of all weight, whereas after about 60 pounds difference in weight most wrestling techniques are useless!
